The touchscreen is not as responsive as my 4S was...it will occasionally freeze...and as I'm texting, it's not as accurate. It's like it's a bit off. My music sounds a bit muffled or distorted at times. All in all, though, I'm pleased!

My daughter got this phone about a month ago when BestBuy had $99 rebate when trade in old phone. She loves the phone and says it is much faster than her old IPhone 4. She was upset that for some reason not all of her pictures and videos transferred over from her old IPhone. This is the only negative thing I can say about iPhone.

My son absolutely loves this phone. The color is very appealing. Definitely a color I would love to have myself. Everything in one. No more multiple devices to carry around either.

No complaints about the phone. The Best Buy web service is not so great. I tried this before and it didn't work. My email is recognized but not my password and when I ask to have the reset email sent to me, I don't get it. The email I'm responding to has my account number of 2260462710 and I obviously received the email for this survey request but not the email with the reset or password. Also, I bought a TV and I'm trying to register it and get the new points connected to my 2260462710 account as instructed but can't get in. I was told I'd get an email regarding my TV purchase too - nope - didn't get that one.

My wife dropped her phone so many times and this phone with a simple plastic case, survived every fall.

It was very hard to find a nice case for the phone due to the round edges. For the same price, I feel the 5S is better with a faster chip and the thumb print feature.

This was a great phone when it was first released. It still gets the job done, but with the updated operating system, the phone really slows down.

I love my phone, just upgraded from the iphone 4S to the 5C and I love the new sleek design. I wish there were more options for cases that showed off or complemented the cute color.

This is my first iPhone. Switching between apps is easy. Using the phone and contact list at the same time works easily. The screen is bright and clear. The camera is easy to use and editing is easy also. I love this phone.
