I upgraded from a 4S and the difference in performance, color/video quality, sound quality...... just everything is great. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone

I was skeptical about switching to this phone because I have always had an android. I had a Samsung Galaxy s 3 prior to this and decided I would go ahead a try it out . I absolutely love this phone and I have no complaints . Wish I would of made the switch sooner !

I really like my iPhone. Elvis at the store was very helpful and gave me the attention I needed and answered all my questions even though the store was very busy. I am satisfied with the service, ease of use, and plan on using best buy for more needs in the future.

It's really not that different from the 4 but I like the color and it seems brighter. It's cool.

I used the geek squad app to transfer my contacts. All it did was numbers and left out the addresses. Sucky app. It also transferred my photos and videos, all out if sequence. Again, sucky app. But the phone takes great photos and has been very useful with my web based research.

If anyone is looking for a starter phone for teenagers, this phone would be the one.

My son loved this phone but was ready to trade it in for the new one.

did not think I would like after using Android. However, the whole family loves it. I love being able to watch television while cooking dinner with the app. Little pricy but excellent quality. Phone does not overheat and lock up like my old Android.

Bought this for my wife for her first smart phone. I am an android user but figured she would have an easier time with an iPhone. My daughter is also very familiar with the iPhone so she can help her learn. Easy setup and easy to use with good battery life. Good choice.

Great phone for the price! I got on sale and am happy with it. I will not pay full price for this phone thought. Sometime incoming calls will not come through but I think it has to do with Sprint. Stay away from Sprint and use Verizon for better service. Overall Ok.

I purchased this phone for my teenaged son. We all have Apple products for mobile phones as well as iPads at home. My son also uses an iPad for school, so the interface and familiarity with Apple products was no problem for him. He had been using a phone with a Qwerty keyboard and had been wanting to convert to the iPhone for some time. He has been thrilled with the performance thus far. My only concern (and it's a moderate one) is the long term durability of the phone. He is typically a good steward of his electronic devices, but the plastic body is something different. All in all, we have been very happy with the purchase (and most of all, happy that HE is happy - it's hard to please a teenager sometimes). One additional note - my son wished there had been more masculine choices regarding the phone color. He went with green.

I switched from Samsung galaxy 3 to this iPhone and I truly love it. It took me a while to get use to new app but I abosulutely love this phone. I like the face time features. And I found that the camera is much clearer among other things

Purchased the iPhone 5c as the first smart phone for my middle schooler. She already had the iPod Touch and this seemed like the next logical step. She knows more about the thing the I do and is VERY happy. I was ecstatic the phone itself was free (minus the one time $36 fee from the service provider). No complaints about the phone itself other than the fact the sound quality is not as good as the 4s or 5s, but what do you expect. It came with head phones, so problem solved. Overall we have been very satisfied with Apple products. Purchased it online and picked up at the store. Amazingly easy purchase online considering there was a third party mobile service provider in the mix. We were in and out of the store within 20 minutes. Staff at Best Buy was very helpful and did not push other "services" along with the phone.

The iphone 5C is a good all around smartphone. It's very easy to use its features. Overall I would recommend. Navigation is simple.It syncs well with my other Apple devices. Great product. Battery life is about normal for a smart phone.

I have enjoyed the iPhone since I first purchased one and I've been impressed with the speed at which I can do things. Definitely a great choice if you are looking for a simple interface, friendly system and awesome entry level price.

Good phone. Long battery life. It's a little smaller than I'm used to. I cannot hear on phone calls with out using earplugs. That's about the only thing I don't like about it. Overall, I'm happy with it even with the slight inconvenience of the ear plugs.

I stay in an area that doesn't get the best reception. But my t mobile service was much better than Sprint's. I love the phone when I'm in a area with LTE my phones lightning fast . BAD THING: the Teflon on the back scuffs easily

I always had Android before and refused to get an iPhone, but the deal was too great on Black Friday.. Love the iPhone, will never go back. Super easy to use, quick operating system, great battery life... recommend to everyone!

This is a first major brand phone for my teenager. He loves it and carries it more often. Had an HTC Evo that he never carried nor charged. Great product and price.

My ten year old daughter loves using my iPhone so it's easy to use.
