it's the customer service at Best Buy that brings me back. I could have gone to the ATT store, but the entire experience is easier at Best Buy.

I found this phone a little difficult to figure out. It could be more intuitive.

Great phone. I love most apple products, and this is no different.

Prices dropped down now for this model. However this is still great phone. You will have good and fast camera. IOS has tonns of apps and games. Phone quality is great. The only issue is plastic back side. It will get scratchy within two weeks. Great size by the way.

Purchased this phone for a teenager, and it has worked out really well until this point. The low cost of this phone was a huge selling point, and the fact that it doubled as a music/storage device didn't hurt either. Pair it with a Otterbox and you'll have a great combination for a kid/teenager. Pros: Great Battery life Easy setup Parental controls that are built into the Apple software Cons: fragile (get a case)

I returned this phone the next day due to no reception and hanging up on callers.

I upgraded to this from an iPhone 4. Nice upgrade in size and speed. I also have a 5s from work, and don't see much of a difference to warrant the extra cost. The 5c has been great for me.

However I was told my plan wouldn't change it did.

I bought this to replace my old Android phone. I've had it about 8 months and I have no regrets other than it would have been far cheaper if I waited a few more months. There are benefits to both Android and Apple phones. Ultimately though the thing I like about Apple is you know what you're getting yourself into. I do miss how much more customizable my old phone as well as the slightly larger screen. At this point though you can't beat the price though especially if you just want a basic IPhone or it is your first IPhone. I do like IOS more personally. The system works more smoothly than Android ever did for me. I have had some small glitches since I updated to IOS8 but I'm sure those will all be taken care of with updates to come. The only thing I would say for sure is as with any IPhone get a case. Since the screens are notorious for cracking when dropped and the hard plastic is so smooth and slippery buying a good case to protect it is an absolute must. Other than I would say if your like me and have a lot of iTunes you want to put on it buy one with a bigger memory.
