The screen on this model is a little more fragile then the others. I also recommend other insurance is your pron to theft. Best buy didn't cover that :( other then that GREAT buy.

I just got them today and the boxes look like they have been open (stickey tape has been tampered with) the box is all scratched and the back looks like the bar codes have been scratched really good. I called customer service and asked about it and they reassured me that these are new phones and I could not return them and get the same phone bc they have no more. So they advised me go to the store and see a sale associate and talk to them. I only have 14 days to return these and that is not even close to Christmas. So I am in limbo of what to do.
