I had a 3GS .,so nothing new to me! I had to change because the old phone was very slow and start dropping calls

the battery lasts much longer than my old 5s. Also the new cabel connection for charging is much easier to use

Same old story with another Apple product. There is a software glitch that will not allow you to delete voicemails. AT&T says it's a known problem and Apple is working to fix the problem. Calls still frequently drop. Overall not impressed. I should have purchased the Samsung Galaxy.

Not happy about what the sales associate did switching my rate plan and didn't tell me about it
