Purchased 5S phone and 40 days later it would not open. Tried returning to Best Buy and they would not take it back. They said they would have to send it for repair and if that did not work they would give us a refurbished phone. It was only 40 days old!!!! I then called Apple and they sent us a new phone. So if you would like to purchase a brand go to the source. I will never buy from Best Buy again

I went through 3 phones in the warranty period and can't wait to get rid of this thing. Lots of issues with the antenna and software.

Others convinced me to move over to an IPhone for a lot of reasons....so far, worst reception, worst connectivity, and overall....probably the worst phone I have ever owned. I have had nothing but problems with this phone from the start...including not getting on the right plan at the store when it was first set up. I had to fix that at an AT&T store a couple of weeks later.

When it's working it works like a champ. Suddenly it cut off and in a few days it starts to work again.

This phone will not hold a charge or sync with PC.

I finally gave up the iPhone 5s for an iPhone 6 Plus, but the 5s was just an amazing phone. The extra bump in storage capacity on the battery compared to the 5 gave all day battery life for me and the A7 dual core processor screams. It's every bit as fast as the 6 and 6 Plus in every day usage. It was fastest, most reliable phone I've ever owned.

iPhone 5s is easy to use and figure everything out on. Fits great in your hand, while holding in one hand you can reach every part of the screen with your thumb. Excellent pics and video. Love, love, love it.

This is a very good iPhone to get of its your first. It does everything the 6s does. It's perfect for a teen.

There is almost 48 hours of battery life, depending on how many apps are running in the background. One consideration is that 32 GB or 64 GB may be better, especially for those who take many photos.

Had an Iphone 3GS for 3 1/2 years and decided to give android a try. Bought the Galaxy S3 which is an awesome phone, but after a year decided to get the Iphone 5s. After having the phone for almost a week , I have to say, I now realize what it is about IOS that makes people stay. It just works. Everything just works with ease. I do miss some of the features of the S3 like the bigger screen, the multi windows and of course the customizing. But I know for me personally I will stick with the Iphone for the reliability. Android is great and I still have a tablet for it, but for me an Iphone is just better.

I love this phone! I finally upgraded from my 4S which was SLOW ......this is a welcome change!

Returned 1st phone I got it was getting very hot draining battery fast 2nd one is ok still gets warm sometimes but not as bad as last one other than that is a good phone .

The 5S is my 3rd iPhone. I started w/ the 3GS and then went to the 4S. Although the camera does take great, high quality pictures, Apple should have increased the overall resolution to 10-12Mp's. The fingerprint scanner is an awesome feature (& quick) for anyone that uses a complex passcode. My phone is also for work, so I have to make sure someone can't get to email, etc. iOS 7 is okay, but I'm not a huge fan so far. The quality and reliability of the iPhone is what keeps me coming back. Apple should include at least one 30-pin to Lightning adapter w/ each phone for those of us w/ older accessories. If you have a 5, this might not be worth the upgrade, but it is if you have the 4S or older.

Have had this phone for 2 years and have dropped it a number of times and it's like the day I bought it. Great build quality and I love iOS. Still on iOS 6, and still seems to do what I want it to!

Had this phone for about a year and still love it. Can't go wrong with any iPhone if you are used to them. Super easy to use and the display and camera are awesome.
