I'm really enjoying this phone. It is the perfect size to fit in my pocket, and still have a big enough screen for everything that I need.

got the opportunity to upgrade 4s to 5s, so why not but disappointed about the new iOS and UI - not very practical and friendly. Calendar use - not as efficient when entering tasks. The change of power jack outlet - for what reason? 'Dancing' icons - annoying and not good for eyes. finger print function - not always work right away, am about to re-set up and play with it again. Liking the new phone slim and light however. Now wondering what iPhone 6 will be like....

Love the design and shape. One of the only iphones that can stand up on its own due to the angular shape i.e. for timed photos.

This gold iPhone 5S is amazing and I had to really search to find it. It looks good and it does everything you need it to do, at much greater processing speed than previous iterations of the iPhone. The camera has lots of options and the phots are sharper/clearer. In short, what's not to love.

Awesome phone. I enjoy the features and applications. Phone is light to carry and easy to operate.

I love that there is a fingerprint sensor that I can use but also the security code is still there to use. The screen size is better and bigger than the 4s but could be bigger. Great screen resolution and sharp picture taking capabilities.

Easy to use, great camera, right size, good battery life

Great phone! It's attractive and the perfect size for me. Very easy to use. It has an excellent security feature, using the fingerprint to unlock the phone. The camera is very good and I really like the slow motion video feature. I was able to purchase this phone by only trading in my 4s and only paying the tax, which is the frosting on the cake! Best Buy rewards their customers which keeps me going back for more.

Previously had the iphone 4 and needed an upgrade. I would recommend the 5s over the 5c, which I also looked at. Thin, light weight and fast, great photo quality. I'd say that's probably the biggest pro for me, the video and picture quality. It feels fragile, like all phones.. haven't dropped it yet, but a case will add significant bulk. I got the screen protector from best buy that comes with a lifetime warranty and so far I'm really happy with that too, no bubbles and no need to replace it constantly.

Great phone. Love the size. I felt like the 6 was too big.

I went from an IPhone 4 to the IPhone 5S and the difference is amazing. The sound is crystal clear, love the camera and there are several options with taking the pics. Ive been told that the battery life is bad, but I haven't had any problems with that. The only amenity that is lacking is the Touch ID sensor. It worked the first couple times I used it but after that quit working. Overall, a great phone.

I like the size of the phone, the sound is very good for me as my hearing is not the best. the camera is very good.

This is best iphone product released. Very fast good size. Even with the bigger screen still fits in one hand. The improved IOS makes this phone easier to use.

Iphones are iphones. They havent changed much since inception. The camera is great and the list of apps is unrivaled, yet the durability is horrible. My daughter was sitting in the chair with her robe hanging about a foot off the floor with the iphone in her pocket in the kitchen. The phone slid out of her pocket and hit the kitchen floor and now the corner has a dent in it as if it was hit with a mallet. 4GB of the 16GB of storage is allocated to IOS7 and the rest fills up too quickly, with no way to expand it. The battery will last about 6-8 hours with moderate usage. Overall its ok.

I've had this phone for almost 2 years and I use the hell out of it for work and play. Photos videos email web text recording music...:it's great.

I had the iPhone 4 for over 3 years & was very happy with it. But it was time for something new. The iPhone 5s is way faster & the finger print scanner is awesome. I'm so glad I finally upgraded. My phone is used all day long for multiple things, so the battery doesn't make it thru the whole day. But it does charge back up really quick. So, over all I'm very happy with this phone.

The weight and size are perfect for my needs. Love the speed and M7 chip.

The extra features on the 5s are nice compared to the iPhone 5, but I am wondering whether there were enough useful additions to warrant the extra cost.

The 5s is good not very different from iPhone 5 the camera is slightly better, a bit faster but that's about it. The life of the battery hasn't improved.

So thrilled to be able to get the gold iphone. It's design is gorgeous and so wonderful to use. Have had many iphones but this one far exceeds any of the others. Camera is much better than the previous one I had. New features are an improvement.
