Comparing to my iPhone 4, 4S, and now 5S, Apple just keeps making better and better phones. The speed of the OS on this phone is awesome and camera is better than my proper camera. I'm not sure if I will need another phone for a while now but I am kind of excited to see what Apple brings out next..

what can i say. It started with the 4s and now i have this. absolutely love the smoothness of the operating system. now it is even better with the iOS 7. excellent camera, very light. love it

I'm a long time Apple fan, so I may be a bit biased, but I'm extremely pleased with the iPhone 5s. The phone is fast, takes great pictures, is well made, and Apple phones have historically had great resale value. I am very satisfied.

Bought the black/grey for son. Bought a Life Proof case since he is outdoors and prone to water damage and dropping, case is the lightest I've seen. Greatest feature is finger bio ID security feature, prevents others from accessing and is quick to open. Fast connections and very clear pictures.

If you're still using a 3GS, 4 or a 4S, you should upgrade to the 5S. Don't bother with the 5C which is only about $100 cheaper. Spend the extra money to get the faster processor and better camera. The fingerprint reader works pretty well, too. If you're using a 5, waiting another year and get the 6.

The iPhone 5S is just the right size which probably makes it the best iPhone. The display is beautiful. The camera is also great. The fingerprint reader is cool and convenient.

I'm very happy with the speed and ease of use. Still learning to use many of the features. The size is good but I would like it to be a little larger so it would be easier to read.

iPhone 5s -Better native keyboard – more precise and predictive. More natural feel when typing. The auto correct is great on the 5s. -Siri – Smoother and better voice accuracy. More natural and intuitive. I provide commands (“remind me about the 8am dentist appointment on December 31th”) and Siri understands. If I issued the same command on the Galaxy S4, the voice recognition would be confused and misinterpret. -The overall Volume of speaker is louder on the 5s than on the Galaxy S4. I can hear the ringer from other rooms. -In my car and using the speakerphone on the 5s, others tell me the sound quality is night and day compared to the Galaxy S4 (Verizon). When I had my S4 (two different ones), they said I sounded garbled or as if I was talking through a tin can. -I have yet to experience an application crash on the 5s -The Camera is quick to snap shots and pictures are sharp -Availability of iMessage and Facetime. Makes communicating with other Apple users simple. I can see when they are typing a reply back to me, and I can even Facetime in the car or from anywhere without having to download an configure a 3rd party app such as Skype, and then hope the person on the other end had done the same (I have family who are not technology savvy, but easily use Facetime). -The iOS7 operating system is overall more refined and user friendly (i.e. – you can hold down and click X to delete an application on the iPhone rather than get confused trying to find the Settings/Application submenus on the Android/S4) -In my area, better overall signal quality / antenna strength. No dropped calls in the same spots I used my S4

Great phone and easy to use. Love the camera quality didn't need to buy a new camera. Love using FaceTime and talking to Siri. Games on the phone is fun and addicting. It's a nice overall phone will recommend to everybody

I like the iPhone 5 because of the faster processing speed and the better camera. I'm not sure writing an essay for iPhone survey is worth 25 points on my Best Buy account. Can I please be allowed to end this survey now?

We have been fans of the I-Phone starting with the Iphone 3 and we were currently on the 4s model and wondered whether it was worth it to upgrade to the 5s. After reading reviews and seeing the phone in action we decided to upgraded. We are pleased with our decision to do so and think that this upgrade was worth it. This phone is really fast with the new processor and OS.

Like all iPhones, this one is awesome! Works perfectly, is light and is easy on the eyes.

I defiantly like the bigger screen, and it is much faster. I have owned iPhones since the 3G and I do enjoy the easy user interface and all of the apps available. However you are forced to upgrade every couple of years to keep the performance of the phone to a tolerable level.

Was a gift for my granddaughter she loved it was easy to learn to use.

The iPhone 5S is definitely the best iPhone yet!! Amazing camera, speed and features! The touch id unlock makes it so easy to make sure your phone and information as protected from unwanted eyes! Highly Recommend!

I dont have to tell you about Iphone. I was getting it for $99 (AT&T) with two year contract. Is new and works like new and I am a happy customer.

If you have iphone 5 then i dont recommend this to you. Has minor changes but if its your first iphone than i recommend it. A lot of apps, good picture quality, and its very light. Im not a big fan of the fingerprint but hey its a step closer to the future of technology.

A long-time iPhone user, this was a great upgrade. Works great and all I hoped for.

Camera fantastic. ios7 is excellent and phone so much more responsive than my spouses 5. Only minor gripe is that some text is a little difficult to read against light background even after setting to "bold".
