Love this phone. I went from an Galaxy S3 to the iPhone 5s. I thought I would miss the big screen. I haven't missed it at all. I won't bash the Samsung phone. It is a good phone. I think a person should by what they like best.

So far I have no complaints. Getting used to it. Love the camera. Just love everything about it.

Really enjoy using this phone for everything it has to offer. Keyboard is a little small and cumbersome for quick texting. The phone is fast and apps work great. This is my first iPhone and it has been better than advertised!

I really like the Touch ID introduced on the 5s. No major hardware issues so far, but battery only lasts for about 2 hours while just talking.

I bought an otter box for my phone so it hasnt broken but I know friends who break theirs within days of getting it. The new plastic ones are supposed to be more durable, maybe they are a better purchase than this kind

Purchased this phone for my daughter. She has a problem with not being able to make calls for periods of time because it freezes. That could very well be due to the service provider Sprint though.

I love this phone. The apple cell phones are the only phones I have never had a problem with.

The 5s is much lighter and thinner than the 4s, which is nice. It's a little faster as well.

way faster than my previous i4.volume is louder and a great camera.

Another good product from Apple. Not too big like other phones, but not so small it hurts your eyes. Love being able to reach everything on the screen using one hand. Rear camera did lock up mysteriously, but started working fine a few hours later. Has not reoccurred.

Very easy to use and convert from Applie iphone 5c.

After problems with Android phones the whole family has switched to Apple I phones.

Best buy was running a special where you could update your 4s or 5 to a 5s for free. The customer service was outstanding at the store too and I haven't seen that in a long time at Best Buy. Great job Castleton. This phone has been flawless and the Gold looks sharp.

I like the phone, and with iTunes match I was able to save money by getting a smaller capacity. It's not so different from 4S. I love the pictures it takes. I love the sound, music has based. I hate the I had to buy adapters for my BOSE, but the sound is great.
