In my opinion I liked this phone a lot more than the Iphone6. I used my upgrade and I am satisfied with this phone. Works well and it is easy to manage.

The iPhone 5s has great updates from the 4s version including video that can now zoom and the ability to take panoramic pictures. Also it includes touchID which saves you from havng to type in your password!

Anything Apple is always the best go out and get 1

Great product. The iPhone 5S is the best smartphone in the market. I will recommend this product to anyone. I bought the new gold version and it is amazing.

This is a very nice phone. Easy to use and setup. Can' t go wrong with an Apple product. However, DO NOT PURCHASE the Geek Squad additional Protection, which is given a major Hard Sale. Went in the store to make changes to the Protection Plan, and was told that I had to call a number or use the web site for my request. Even though the "Geek" was standing right in front of me, he couldn't help with my request. From a Customer Service stand-point, if a phone call was needed to fulfill my request, he should have picked up the phone in front of him, made the call and walked through the solution with me. Instead, I left the store,mad and vowed to tell all of my POOR Customer Service experience. Phone 4 Stars, Best Buy Customer Service 0 Stars

I moved up from my first IPhone 4 to a 5 and noticed a big difference. I don't use many apps however, I like the slightly large screen and was impressed with how they switched over my data and contacts from one phone to the other. In the pass I usually lost my contact list!

I like the new iPhone look, size ab features.. I constantly use my phone all day and I am never without it. The iPhone has a sleek look and I love the variety of colors offered... Well worth the money

Would recommend to anyone wanting to upgrade or change over from android. The new iPhone 5s is very user friendly n offers a wide variety of new features. Best camera n sound quality are exceptional.

Great overall phone, I would highly recommend it for anyone who uses their phone a lot for messaging, games, or web surfing. Great selection of apps and fingerprint scanner is fast and easy to use.

I was so excited when I purchased my phone. I knew Apple were making modifications to the product but they did an exceptional job with the camera . The pictures are crisp and clear. Awesome phone!

I bought this for my wife for Mother's day she had been using it for just over 30 days when all of the sudden she couldn't hear anybody when making or receiving calls but they could hear her. Discovered that the phone thinks the headphone jack is plugged. Tried blowing it out jack with compressed air, soft reset and hard reset of the phone with no luck. Took it back into best buy and was told they had 3 people come in the past few days with the same issue. Currently waiting for resolution. Best Buy has been great though.

I love this phone & I loved my previous IPhone 4 too. Helps keep me organized & very easy to figure out how to use. I recommend it to everyone.

Works perfectly with no quirks or issues so far. I also like that the back isn't glass anymore. I like the fact that iPhones are easy to use and you don't need to do much to get them to work.

The laptop works very well. It is a nice size and is good for what I need. I like the color which is white but I believe you can order it another color. I like the size of the keyboard too.

Thought about switching back to Android, but they had a great deal that I couldn't pass up. Glad I didn't! This version is better and faster than my previous iphone4. You won't regret it!

This phone is perfect for what I need. I don't like the ultra large Android phones as I put this phone in my pocket all the time. The perfect size for me. ios7 works great with no issues.

Love I phones for business use. Fast apps. Clear keyboard. Good sound quality. Excellent picture quality. Accessories are easy to find and affordable. Fingerprint sign in is a better feature for people trying to memorize your pass code when you are entering it.

love it! Had the 4 and this is much nicer, faster and easy to use. Battery life a little better, but could be better yet. Apps are great, can hold a lot more. Music quality is also great.

I had a iPhone 4 before this upgrade. I love it! Great camera and I love the finger touch to turn on.

I got a htc one just to see if I like it. I wanted a bigger screen which htc one delivered but I was so use to the iPhone for so many years so I had a change back to the new iPhone.
