I upgraded from the 4s, and I like the 5s a lot better. The screen is very clear, and a bit bigger. I didn't want one of those jumbo phones, and I like iPhones. Battery life is great. The deal Best Buy was offering was great. They took my old phone as a trade and I got the new one at a good price.

After using the iPhone I can never go back to android or windows phone!!! Camera quality is spectacular

The smaller size of the iPhone 5S (compared to many new android phones) make it easy to carry in your pocket. It is much faster on the web than previous models.

I was eligible for an upgrade so I went ahead with this new iPhone. It looks great and is solid. The lock button does not stand out as high so I think it might last longer. The fingerprint feature is very sensitive and kind of a pain to use. The battery life seems a little shorter than my 4S but I bought a Power pack to go with it so it doesn't really matter

This is my first iPhone and from day 1 I liked it.It past my expectations and would recommend it to anyone out there shopping for a phone. I'm more than likely gonna be an iPhone user for a long time, this phone just fits me and all my needs in a cell phone, so glad I decided to try this phone out!

just upgraded our plan and this was the newest phone from apple so far has been great 2 months of service

Had Iphone 4 and loved it. This was an upgrade. Apple makes good products. Love the long battery life.

This is by far the biggest jump Apple has ever made. From the 4 to the 5 has been a world of difference

I just upgraded my wife's phone from the iPhone 4 to the 5S and she loves it. Easy to use and with the Suri personel assistance now it can be used hands free.

The transaction was easy and convenient. The phone is user friendly. The processor speed is much better than previous I phone. Very happy to upgrade to 5s

I really enjoy my I phone 5S. I have had no issues. Could have a little more memory for the price.

This is my 3rd iPhone and I am satisfied with the 5s. There is not a huge difference to me from the iPhone 5, that is the only part I find disappointing.

Previously had the 4s. It was great phone, but didn't do so well outside of the house because it only had 3g. This 5s is great. I can actually use the 4g data we pay for on our plan. The call quality is much better too. I like the new finger print security feature and the display seems more crisp. My only question, does Apple just expect everyone to get a case for these and thereby hope to make a little extra money off of that? I don't know a single person who uses their iPhone without a case. Perhaps Apple should realize this and stop building such fragile things.

My first Apple phone so there was a big learning curve but I found it to be very easy to adapt
