i used to be against apple products, especially the iphone. i loved my blackberry's, nothing could outdo them, so i thought. i had several andriod phones and the battery life sucked, i may as well kept it hooked to the charger all the time... because it was. but i switched to iphone & will never look back!

I purchased two of these phones for my kids for Christmas presents and they love them. It was a big upgrade from the iPhone 4S to the iPhone 5S. This phone offers a lot of new awesome features including a very nice HD camera and fingerprint security feature. Sprint is great for offering unlimited data vs. Verizon and AT&T. I would highly recommend this new iPhone 5S and Best Buy offered it at a great price.

Was nice to get an upgrade at a fairly good price. The 5s is so much fun and easy to use.

iphone 5 is compact , has better sound and camera and has more apps then android phones

I like the iPhone which has several features I did not have on my previous phone. Some functions are not as user friendly as I had hoped. I rely on my phone to remind me of events, errands and things I need to go. The iPhone is not as useful for this function as my Blackberry was. In general I am happy with my purchase.

It's an iPhone so it's great to look at and play with. As usual talking on it suffers from less than ideal sound quality. Depending on your provider, network strength is still an issue. It still blows my mind away that walking from my living room to my bedroom causes me to lose calls. And for the love of god, why does the buying experience take soooooo long?! I want a phone not a car!.

So good so far. Really like the Touch ID & ability to have different fingers

This product was bought for my daughter she abosultly love her phone she can't live without it. So we do thank Best Buy for there help in obtaining this phone. Even though it took 2 mouths before we got the phone.. But in all my daughter loves her phone she has the Gold iphone 5s

Bought this phone for my wife, who hadn't upgraded her phone sice her flip-phone. Needless to say, she's been thrilled with the upgrade. The only issue with the phone was the long line to pick it up and the wait to get it set up. Not the phone's fault, just the store we went to.

We have two of these and our opinions on the phone vary greatly. I was ecstatic to leave Droid for Apple a few years ago but she wishes she had her Droid back. The phone does what it is designed to do flawless but your happiness will depend if you are a Droid or an Apple person.

I've tried iOS and Android phones and the main difference is the way Apple supports their phone as new versions are released. My Android phone was shut out of OS updates after less than a year. My iPhone is supported for over two years with updates. This is a big deal to me.

EZ transition from HTC Apple quality and performance Just the right size

The iPhone 5s is lightweight and easy to use I do like this Siri the only thing that I have a problem with hearing and I have a problem with the volume on this phone I turned in my iPhone 4 for which the volume was a lot louder for some reason I have the same song playing for my ring tone and it's very difficult for me to hear the phone ring when it's in my purse.

Work great transition are smooth and quick. Battery life is hit and miss. Sometimes it last all day and others it barely makes it to the afternoon. Other than that it is a great phone!! Can't wait for the iPhone 6!

Overall great phone! Better than any droid I've owned. No issues yet.
