My first time to own an iPhone and I love it! It's easy to use and I have had no issues with it. I like having the app to find my phone if I loose it too. Anything I need to do is just a click away.

My issue with call quality could be blamed more on sprint than this phone. Am I saying it's the best phone? Absolutely not, and that's why I didn't give it an excellent across the board. For me it does everything really well and for what it is it does what I need it to.

I have owned several droids from galaxy to Htc and will never switch back after getting my new iPhone 5s. Excellent battery life compared to the droids, more reasonable size and ten times faster.

This is a great phone, we have sprint and have trouble sometimes w service. Overall it works well and offers tons of apps, options, probably more than I could ever use. Nice picture quality.

I love my iphone 5s. I depend on my phone to keep track of every appointment bill date & homework assignment and it doesn't let me down. The fingerprint scan works great & my phone is secure..

Long blackberry customer, this was my first apple product. Although I did miss the memory card, the IPhone 5 did not disappoint

I enjoy the fingerprint feature to unlock the phone. It takes great pictures.

The IPhone 5s is a good phone but I honestly think I liked my 4s better. I think it's a much better phone if you have "Verizon" service but the downside of that is Verison doesn't offer unlimited data plan. The iPhone sucks with Sprint and majorly sucks with AT&T.

I've been android and blackberry all my life switch to the iphone 5s when it was free to me and I loved it ever since. It was only right I had an ipod and other apple products in the house

This is my fifteen year old daughters phone and she loves it. My 19 year old has one as well. Both enjoy their phones with no issues.

Love the item. However when purchasing it the sales person lead me to believe one thing regarding the gift card but what deceived. Very unhappy with Best Buy all I get is a run around

I have always looked at Iphones and decided to purchase one this time. I was not disappointed. My only problem is finding a water tight case that will let the sensor/ button be read.

I've been a droid user for years but was encouraged to give the iPhone a shot. I already had an iPad so the transition has been fairly simple. I recently got my 71 year-old mother to get one as well...that should tell you something about what I think of it.

The iphone5s is a great upgrade. The deal that best buy had you couldn't pass up. Trade your iPhone4s or 5 and get the 5s for a dollar. I love my phone bigger screen but not to bulky!

Good phone. Not a whole lot different from the 4S in function but it looks nicer and probably is a lot different "under the hood". Don't like that all the docking stations I had for my old phone are now worthless. Guess I'm going to have to get a new Ipod.

Its an Awsome phone. I personally think its better than the s4 or any samsung product. The only thing i dont like is the fact that i cant conect to my tv like i can with my galaxy s4.

I recommend this phone because its classy and small with great features. Video mail is amazing. Face time is really convenient. Charges fast. Froze once but turned it off and on again and resolved the issue. Over all good phone. Hdr picture is awesome!

Great phone! Simple to use. Great for everyone, even the new to smart phone user. My 8year old figured out how to use everything in just a couple hours without a manual. I love it!

Allow time to transition from old phones to new ones. Even though I moved from iPhone 4s to iPhone 5s there were troubles at the store and I am still trying to get Bluetooth in car to recognize the new phone despite calls to Apple and car manufacturer.

The iPhone 5S is definitely the best yet. The fingerprint sensor is an excellent addition, the panorama camera is outstanding and the burst mode is great for fast action pictures.
