Unfortunately my new IPhone5S has a shorter battery life than my IPhone4S... Not only that the call quality is really crummy. I'm quite disappointed!

Had the phone less than 30 days/ broke beyond repair no one knows why

I love the phone but I'm not happy with the service I can always get on the internet but always losing service

The screen is very small but navigation is easy. I could not get the gold color so I was very disappointed.

This phone is just like the iPhone 4s not too much of a difference besides the finger touch to unlock.

Love the phone and the deal,, but set up was not so good....had to go to the Apple store to fix it.

Dropped it twice. Screen cracked twice. Get a heavy duty case and you should be okay :)

Easy to adjust from iPhone 4. Glad I purchased it, and the price was within my budget.

This phone suddenly started overheating and would not send photo texts and Imessages.

Phone seems ok but I just am not an iphone fan. I prefer a Galaxy

The phone seems great except for the battery. It will be 100% charged in the morning, I unplug it and within a half hour it's down 10%. And that's without using it for anything. By mid-day I need to charge it again. VERY disappointed!

I waited a long time to upgrade to the 5S- I don't know what to call this but the perfect storm. I have never had such a bad experience with a phone and service provider in all of the years that I've owner a cell phone. Sprint coverage might be the worst- but why could another Sprint user go along the same route as I did and not lose the call 6 times? Sprint operators offer no help- they told me there is no service at their house either now. Something about the LTE tower updates in the areas. Now is NOT the time to buy this phone is you live in Raleigh. I took it back within 14 days (thankfully!) and got BACK on w AT&T w a 5S and haven't lost a call yet. Booooo Sprint. You are not saving anything in the long run going with Sprint.

The Best Buy staff was very uneducated on how to set up iPhone. After 2 and a half hours of numerous attempts, they finally got it working and during data transfer from our old phone to the new, they lost more than 50% of the contacts. This was a very disappointing and unexpected experience. I would never again go back to Best But for a new phone nor would I ever recommend them to anyone for a mobile product.

The build quality. Wow. I've always loved Apple and their attention to detail. I went from an iPod touch 4g to this and the speed difference is mind blowing. I don't wait for ANYTHING anymore. Webpages over 4G load almost instantly and the ease of navigation with the forward and backward gestures in Safari makes the experience even better. The camera takes gorgeous photos. I've read mixed reviews in the battery, but for me it's just fine. I can get about 5 hours if very heavy use out of it before it dies. The ONLY thing that Apple really made a mistake with on the iPhone 5S is the Touch ID Sensor. For the first week it worked probably 9 out of 10 times and it was really convenient and even faster than Apple showed it was during the demonstrations. Now after owning it for two weeks and rescanning my fingerprint (the correct way) multiple times it sometimes works and it sometimes doesn't. When it does work, it will unlock my phone about 3 times and then it says "try again" until I wipe the home button down with my shirt. Sometimes it won't work at all, even after I reboot it, then 15 minutes later it decides to stop asking me to try again and let me into my phone. It just about feels like a battle making it work, which isn't quite what Apple had in mind when they were aiming for "technology is at its best when it disappears." It's a nice idea, but for now, at least for me, it's not ready yet. I really hope they fix some of that with an update! Because when it works, it feels like you're holding a piece of technology from the future. Oh and a bigger screen would be nice too....especially after playing with my friend's Note 3 lol

It's a better phone than my iphone 4 but I'm not impressed to have bought and extended a new contract.

Can't get data/use data while on a phone call nor can you send or receive pictures either

The phone is hard to set up and to small for my hands so makes it hard to type

Phone was great the first week or soo. Now it's slow. Freezes vertical & horizontal at the same time. Just annoying. I'm over Apple.

Phone has horrible signal..brand new phone needed resetting 2 weeks after purchase..calls drop and phone freezer
