I like the iPhone 5s better than the 4s model. Still getting used to the many available apps and texting is new to me. Easy to use.

I love this device! It's fast, smart and very convenient. The only thing I am not completely satisfied with is the sound quality of the speakers while streaming music. Thankfully it comes with an excellent set of head phones, so it is an avoidable issue.

Pretty much the same as my 4s. The screen on this one is brighter and more clear. Battery seems to last longer and charges quicker.

This is my 3rd iPhone. From the 4 to the 4s now 5s. I would highly recommend this product.

This phone has been easy to learn to use even without instructions. It is compact enough to fit in your pocket but sometimes the icons are small and can be difficult to see without glasses.

My 2 year contract on the 4S was up, so I gave it to my wife and bought the new 5S for myself. Its fabulous in every way. If you forced me to criticize something it would be that the screen could be a bit bigger. This is a well thought out, superb product, with that special apple "feel."

Great phone. I've had it for 3 months and I love it. The camera on this phone has excellent quality. Love the face time too.

Excellent upgrade to 4s and goog photo quality of camera is much better than the 4s.

Upgraded from iPhone 4 and I'm generally pleased with my new phone. It has great sound quality with my music and takes great videos and pictures. Still learning about my new phone and so far the only real complaint is the shorter battery life

Good phone. Great apps. Great organization tools. Thumb recognition is awesome. Great that you have an option for pass code or thumb depending on who is around. So many new things to learn.

5s is a perfect upgrade from 4s. Lighter faster and faster functions with new iOS.

Overall good to very good experience. As stated I typically use it for everything; phone, camera, music, navigation, etc.

i started off with a 32G and then swap up until i got the 64G. if you are looking to hold a large amount of music, have a good amount of app and photos on the phone. and leave room for a few movies and still have free space get the 64G!!! i like the finger print unlock feature. at 1st i was not so found of the new IOS7 yet after a week or so and having it on my new i pad air i have like it more then the old IOS6 . i ended up having best buy price match a competitor and got it for $319.

Solid reliable phone. Siri was a clever upgrade to the 5. Noticed the 16gb was not enough

I bought this to replace my old standard phone. Still learning how to use it all, but can't imagine not having this now.

Overall, this is a great phone- easy to use as a first time smart phone user.
