Nice phone. Took awhile to get used to, but like it now. The Best Buy I went to wasn't very helpful in showing me some of the basics.

Love the phone and it's features. Shared data plan doesn't have enough options which is probably consistent with other phones. Monthly 1GB is not necessary for my usage. 500 MB is probably more than I need on a monthly basis. No other options at purchase.

This is a super great phone and it works really well, very Responsive looks great with the retina display and looks amazing at that. I've had a lot of Droid phones and all the Apple phone and I like the both but for me this is just a great all around phone that work great, you want be disappointed with this phone AT ALL.

I was not going to update my 4s to the 5s until next year but the price was right at Best Buy. Basically, the phone is the same except it is slightly smaller and much lighter. The finger print access to the phone is cool if you can get it to work. The apps seem to need updating a lot. I thought this was going to be fixed with this version and it's not but not a big issue. I like the phone, I hope they don't keep making them smaller.

Love the bigger size. Like the colander with the holidays now. Syncs up with iPad how great. Just wish the headphone plug was on top still.

Great product - it does so much it's taking a while to learn all the features and get the apps I need downloaded and set up, but once I do, it will be a great tool to manage my communications, expenses, media, etc. It's already becoming indispensable!

overall i love how easy the phone is to setup and use. this is the first iPhone i have had and was able to figure out the basics. the screen is a little smaller than other phones i looked at but choose the iPhone 5s and have been very happy with it.

I usually get my wife's hand-me-down phones. Not this time. I actually got a new iPhone5s. What a difference between this phone and the iPhone4. I used to have to wait for a very long time for anything to download. The time I wait now is minimal in comparison. I am very pleased so far with my new IPhone 5s.

My iPhone 4s died suddenly, which I never thought would happen but this upgrade was an easy decision when compared to inferior alternatives. The mandatory required data charges and exorbitant fees of carriers such as mine (Verizon) are almost enough to consider getting an iPad and house phone, but as long as people are not protesting then they and big box retailers will continue to push otherwise minor updates.

The phone is great for personal as well as Business use. Apple really came through on this phone. As a young man I am pretty rough on my phones, but this phone keep right up with me with just a 20 dollar case. The best buy from best buy !!

I have this one and the new 6 both are great phones . I love apple products and you will too. Nice pictures better than the 5

The sales associate, who didn't even have a name tag, sold us a confusing plan, not even taking our needs into consideration. He was able to sell the plan because the information was both incomplete and inaccurate. He told us our monthly bill would go up by about $10 a month - it went up $70!! Only when I went to a Verizon store were we able to get info regarding the plan we were put on and some relief on the bill. I have no problem with the phone but will go straight to Verizon from now on

Best iPhone yet...no issues. Only thing that I could recommend is getting the 32g instead of the 16g. I've always gotten the 16g and never ran out of space but with this one I've had to be carefully picky off what to keep for space

Much better than my last phone. Easy to find number and dial them. Generally easy to use and has a lot of functions/uses.
