I would recommend this phone for anyone, even beginners. It is worth spending a little bit more for the upgrade and extra functions available. The user will need to navigate through the different options to maximize each function. You do need to keep track of the battery as it does not last as long as the smaller phones. I recommend purchasing a car charger to ensure you can keep the phone charged when you need.

I've had iPhones for some time, and they're great. I also have Apple computers and all the devices that sync with them. My 5 was lost a year into it's life, so the replacement cost $750. I had insurance for every disaster. Except that one.

I like all the upgrades and the phone is easy to use

I was a late convert to the Apple Universe and actually had an iPad 2 before I had a iphone 4. The 5S truly was an upgrade. I haven't had a single issue with the phone. I plan to keep it til it simply wears out like my 4 did.

The Apple IPhone 5S has all the outstanding features that we have come to expect from this company. The trade in value was excellent and I opted for another Apple Iphone.

i would definately purchase another one. i had cracked my old screen and it was smarter to buy another phone than replace the screen glad i did because i upgraded to this one.

I like that it has the same programs as my mac. It is easy to use and fun to have.

Great phone for my wife and I so far. We are learning new features everyday. It helps to have friends with the iPhone to help us navigate through everything. Very happy with this phone, especially Face time with our Grandkids!

I had switched to another type of phone, then had to come right back to the iPhone! This is very easy to use, no problems what so ever. I have had this phone for over a month now. Very happy with purchase!! Great phone!!

I love the easy functionality of Apple products. I also appreciate that they are continually improving their product line. I recommend the iPhone to everyone I know.

I am retired and don't use many of the features on the phone, but I would be totally lost without it and the many features I do use.

I got 100 for my old iphone 4 and then got 75 back 10 days later when there was a promo going for the 5s at $125... so i ended up paying only $25 for the whole purchase

Great phone and bestbuy was a much better experience than going to a verizon store. My only complaint would be that the service although being friendly was really slow.

This is my second iPhone. My previous phone was an iPhone 4, and it served me really well for what I needed it to do, so I decided to get the 5S as well. It's perfect for moderate users such as myself, since I only use the phone for light internet browsing, watching YouTube videos, and reading the news.

This phone us by far one of the best phones I've ever owned. It doesn't feel bulky or awkward when using it. I'm able to use it easily with one hand. My thumb can navigate all the features without causing any fatigue.

Funtionality of phone meets my needs. Use primarily for phone access, calendar and limited text. Do use internet to search for restaurants, accommodations when traveling. This verision of iPhone is a little more compact than previous model I owned. Fits in pocket better and not as bulky to hold. Also note user is 91 and likes Apple products because of streamlined capability

This is the ideal phone for me as I can do many things using my iPhone, I am not that satisfied about the pictures I took very recently but I am still learning.

Super-easy process with upgrade from 4S version. No compatibility issues seen...personal settings transferred OK using Apple backup. New case required of course.

I wish I would have gotten the Samsung Galaxy S5. I have compared it to the S5 and the S5 is much nicer.
