This phone is very comfortable to handle and has more gadgets than other phones,can't complain about this phone yet but hopefully they can have better camera pictures.

This is my second iphone and I love it. Easy to use and and it is super light. Great phone.

Everyone at this point knows about the iphones. I needed an upgrade, didn't care if it was the newest phone, so I paid 1 dollar and got this phone. So far it's been great.

I love apple products, especially their computers. The most thing that keeps me coming back to iPhone and Apple is that the products give me very little, if any, issues. I don't buy cheap products for this reason. I need durability and stability for my photography business and the Mac and iPhone works superb together. Again, the best feature aside from the awesome apps is the fact I have iCloud. Amazing!

ok i was excited when they announced apple was releasing the 5s in gold so on launch day i was in line at 430 that morning and i was determined to get gold only to find out when they opened they didnt get any gold in that really sucked alot but that store took care of me so wonderfully i got the space grey yet i didnt really want it in hopes of exchanging it when they got the gold in. the phone is super fast

Originally went to the iPhone when the 4 came out. Loved it.....contract ended, iPhone 5 came out....wasn't impressed at all, it was essentially a 4 with a screen extension. I decided to give android a whirl with the Galaxy S3. A year later and a phone flooded with virus ridden apps I decided to go back, at this time the 5S was obviously available, and my early termination fee was worth the switch. -Build Quality It's an apple product, that should be enough said. But I'll elaborate, the phone is very light for its material, but feels great in the hand. By the time you throw on a phone case I.E. Otterbox which tend to bulk up the phone. It really feels just right. It's really a shame to cover this phone with a case because it's flat out beautiful. The bezels are flawless with a nice shine, the matte slate on the back is really a nice transition from black. -Battery Nothing worth writing home about, but a full charge tends to last me a full day. -Service I feel this is really dependent on your provider. I switched from AT&T to sprint, (saving a boatload, and have a truly unlimited plan) but I have never dropped a call or had any real regrets with the switch. So hats off to sprints genuine effort in improving there service. Overall it's a great phone, if you haven't experienced an iPhone, give it a shot. I will no longer be switching anytime soon. Great product, excellent quality, for the average new phone price of $199 the iPhone is the best bang for your buck.

This phone has been working very well ever since I bought it. The battery life is ok, but it all depends on what apps you have. Some apps are turn on even though the phone is off which affect the battery life. I think it's a great device, with a larger screen enough for it to be not to big to grasp with one hand. Volume is loud enough. It's a just perfect if you know how to work it to your benefit.

I upgraded from a 4s and it was so worth it. Faster speeds and longer battery life.

I'm glad I bought this phone,it's style is great perfect size and the gps works great I never loose a signal like my other phone that had me lost cuz of signal loss.i work at the airport and never had a signal loss.As for the pics they are excellent.this phone has a lot of things my htc phone didn't have and couldn't do.the internet is very fast as well I will definitely stay with iPhones..

Great phone for every use. Easy to navigate menus and fast internet browsing. Battery life is excellent compared to the previous iPhones.

I had an iPhone 4S and went to an LG G2 then back to iPhone. I'm not a fan of Apple too much, but the phones are hard to rival. Android makes some great phones with great features that I wish iPhone adopted, but ultimately, iPhones are just better for me. Physically, iPhones are so comfortable to use. I'm not sure why Android insists on making GIGANTIC tablet-sized phones, but my dainty girl hands have a hard time operating Android phones with one hand without dropping it every couple seconds. The processing speed and stability of the operating system for iPhones tend to stay pretty consistent. I can leave my phone on for days without seeing much lag--even with dozens of apps open. With Android, I had to do quality-control resets almost daily. I get much more reliable signal, and I have a far better range than my Android phone. Camera/screen resolutions and speakers are about the same. I do miss how easy it was to multitask on Android, and I definitely miss the widgets. Come on, Apple. If you can make widgets on your Mac OS, you can make them on iOS as well. Also, Apple, you should probably make file management more user-friendly. I don't see a reason why we can't access our documents without having to load them through iTunes and blah blah blah. If you can get past the file management issues and occasional user-unfriendliness, then go for iPhone...and that pains me to say publicly.

Love the iphone 5S, its very fast due to 64 bit processor take great pics with the 8 megapixel and I like the new fingerprint sensor

Best iphone yet! Fast, good battery life. Just wish the 32 GB wasn't $100 more.

This is my first smart phone; please keep that in mind when reading my review. Overall, the iphone 5s is a good phone. I had my old flip phone for years and loved how easy it was to use, the GREAT cell reception it received, and the battery life. But it was time for something new. I decided on the iphone because I had the original ipad and I thought it would be easy to use. I was right. Making a call, setting up voicemail, pairing with my car's bluetooth, sending a text, etc are all very easy. I was even able to figure out how to export my contacts from my mac's address book to get everything into my iphone easily. I notice that I don't have as many bars as I did on my old phone and sometimes I think it is hard to hear the call. I also noticed that sometimes when holding the phone to my ear when on a call, I get a tingling sensation in that hand. Not sure what that is about. I wish there was a better indicator light or something for missed calls or voicemail. My phone is not attached at my hip so if I don't hear the call or message and I don't hear the repeat indicator, I may not know I have a message until I go to use the phone. I hope to keep my phone for a long time. I am a little concerned that the home button seems a bit cheap. I hope it lasts like my old phone did well beyond its life expectancy. I'm sure this phone can do so much more than I have at this point. I look forward to learning more about its features. I can say the map feature is awesome! I'll never be lost again!

Upgraded from the Iphone 4 and couldn't be happier. Love Apple products.

Camera is an upgrade from the IPhone 4 and screen is bigger which is awesome.

Keeps me connected with the family so far away from home.

OVERALL BEST PHONE I HAVE EVER OWNED I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PHONE TO ANYONE.

This is a Great Phone that is very user friendly. It allows me to sync my apps and music between all of my apple products. Picture quality from the camera is great. I would highly recomend this phone to a friend.

Love it! It's my 2nd iPhone 5. I like this one better because of the home button as well as I got black instead instead of white this time which stays cleaner.
