I have owned a white iphone 5 and a black iphone 5. I loved them both! Now I love this one! The charger can be plugged in both ways, the phone is way thinner than the last iphone, and it has a retina display. The picture are crazy good, the new operating system is great, and the headphones are amazing!!! 6 stars!

I've had an iPhone before, but needed to upgrade for more memory and for the FaceTime capability, which I love!

Excellent phone, great features, fast processor, battery life is short(er) than expected. Price is always high for these phones when compared to other competitive phones. Apple has definitely done their homework with this phone and that is why is so desirable. Like the front camera flash light (nice touch).

The phone is pretty easy to use. wish there was a booklet explaining all of the features it has. I was told by a couple people what it could do, other than Best Buy personnel. would be nice to be able to study a little booklet and figure all the things out that it can do, rather then maybe stumble into it.

Not to sound like a commercial endorsement, buy I've been a Mac user before they were cool. I've climbed the ranks from flips to Blackberry, to Android, to iPhone. This is the best, most complete yet. I do everything with this phone. Sometimes, I skip the computer or tablet and just use this ... Like now!!

Was going to get a 6 plus but couldn't pass up the deal on this one

My daughter loves her phone. She can listen to music, watch netflix, play games and check in with us.

I was hesitant to change from my 4S to a 5S just because I do not like change and I was comfortable with my 4S. However, the 5S is noticeably bigger, has a great update, and does more than my 4S. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

Overall a great phone and a step up from the 4s. Fast and easy to use. Biggest problem is with the network I'm on (dropped calls,) not the phone itself. Soooo glad I saw the promotional email from Best Buy offering this phone for "$1" just really had to buy new (expensive, but still a deal) accessories.

Enjoy the speed and the new camera the battery life really can use some improvement.

This phone worked excellent but now I'm loving my iPhone 6 Plus.

iPhone is awesome. I only use apple products when it comes to computers and tablets and phones. The iPhone 5s is great. The only downside to this phone is the sound quality from the speaker. Other then that I could not say anything bad about the phone. Now whatever you do. DO NOT get Sprint! Sprint sucks! It's the worst service I've ever used in my entire life. I've used AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Cricket and Sprint. Sprint is in last place out of all those carriers. When I think of Sprint all I want to do is say every bad word in every language I know. I've never been so angry with how terrible a company is all around. Thank god there is wifi pretty much every where I go cause if you have sprint don't even bother trying to use the network data. It works 30% of the time and it's slow when it does. Sprint you suck sooooooo much, why don't you put that clear network to use that you recently acquired. Before I finish I do want to ad that the girl that helped me purchase everything was awesome! Great customer service! Thanks!

Love that it is lighter in weight and slimmer. The longer battery life is also great.
