Like all the great features and super light weight easy to use

Love he design and quality of the phone, however had some problems with buttons sticking today. Otherwise, great phone. I waited a long time to get an iPhone. Tried the Samsung Galaxy 4 but it had too many bells and whistles so I traded it in for the iPhone and really like it. It takes a while to get used to the difference between Android and Apple.

I first had an iPhone back in 2011 and loved it just didn't like the fact that it was only 3G (sprint) so I then went to a Galaxy S3 and absolutely loved the service on the phone. I could listen to iHeart Radio, Pandora, text with no problems. It also had lots of cool features that I rarely used I mean very rare and I couldn't get service in my apartment. With that said, I decided to give the iPhone a second chance and I have to say I love it. I can make calls in my apartment, it's 4g LTE, and it does just about the same as the Galaxy S3 did for me. I can't wait to get the iPhone 6!!!!!

I upgraded from the 4 to the 5s. I like the thumbprint security feature and the bigger screen (slightly). Of course as you use apps and the like, the battery life isn't so great. Still a very good phone with great features and I like better than my android.

Good up grade from 4s much lighter phone overall great camera

There is more stuff accessible by this little phone than my first 4 computers (all macs) put together! Using it as an actual phone is about 12% of this little puppy's job for me. The camera is nice, and has a few extra options that iPhone 4 didn't include. Lots of storage. AND Best Buy took in my old iPhone, applied it's contents (contacts and photos only) to the new one. AND I walked out with a 599. iPhone (Sprint Store's price) for 50 bucks! They gave me a 100. dollar trade-in, some other discount and a 50 buck in-store coupon! I love Best Buy! I had a rubbery Otter case for the old one, with a few small slices I made it fit the new one. My several cords still work with the purchase of the small adaptor. One for the house and one for the car charger. I'm good! Next I'll have to buy the Mophie charging case for long trips without power. Like flights.

Great phone, easy to use, apple software so never any glitches or viruses. Picture and video quality on phone is excellent.

Good overall phone. Had some initial problems which BestBuy staff resolved in the first fifteen day period. Still getting used to small keyboard for texting. Camera is AWESOME. Like finger print security feature ... saves time when it works.

Have taken my iPhone everywhere I go and always have use for it from airline tickets to communicating via wifi with FaceTime and not to mention the basic phone text, calls and the iSight camera is def a plus captures a excellent angle!!!

The iPhone 5 is easy to navigate and perfect size.

Not a bad phone. Great at multi tasking,fast processor. Good data handling with AT&T. There's a lot of attachments that you can get with the iPhone that u can't with the android,

This is my first iphone and the best phone I have ever owned. I previously tried the palm pre and loved the interface but the hardware was sorely inadequate. I gave android a try but was disappointed with the interface. The iphone has for me hit that sweet spot of ease of use and excellent build quality that my previous phones lacked. I am very happy with my purchase and also the smooth transfer of my contacts accomplished by the Best Buy associate. I also appreciated that he didn't try to aggressively upsell me a protection plan or accessories, but accepted my politely declining those things when he mentioned them. Best Buy's sale when I shopped phones was a deciding factor in my purchase as well and gave me a sense of satisfaction overall, leaving me with no regrets about my decision.

Great smart phone, so easy to use and has so many capabilities!
