Not sure but I think something is wrong with my phone, have to charge phone 3 times yesterday i had 2 calls and 3 tex, I've. Had this phone for 4 weeks, I don't play games or check FB on my phone, I use my IPad for that. Love this phone but it will not hold a charge. Going to go back to Best Buy today to see if they can help me.

I've always been happy with my iPhone 4s but the 5s is even better. Longer battery life is awesome. I love the finger print scanner. Makes things so much simpler. I love that the phone is slightly bigger also. Just a great phone all around.

The iPhone 5s is a huge upgrade from the 4s I had. The back of the 4s always cracked and had to spend $30 to fix it. The new 5s is not only sleeker and has a bigger screen, but I also don't have to worry as much about cosmetic damage.

The phone is fantastic! Unfortunately the plan was HORRIBLE. I got the student promotion plan (buy the phone get 12 months of service free) I was deceived more than 4 times. This cost me more money that I was told I would not be paying.

I bought this phone for my wife. She was ready to upgrade from the iphone 4S , which was great for it's time. Now with the iphone 5S she is thrilled and loves taking pictures.

Received a great deal from Best Buy. My daughter had been wanting to upgrade for a while but didn't want to spend a whole lot of money. Best Buy offered this phone during one of their phone promotions and the deal couldn't be beat.

I definitely love the 5s out of all the generations. The fingerprint access is very handy and I love the gold color. If only the iPhone 6 didn't look so much like an android.

This phone was bought for my wife as an upgrade to her iphone 4S. She likes it but was considering going to the samsung s4 or the note. The reason she is sticking with Apple is cuz she has everything else linked together and it makes it easy. For a phone it is great, but for a smartphone, it is lacking behind Android.

Overall it is a great phone...I have the gold color which is cool and a conversation starter....the new apps are cool and the new technology is unique not like other phones...it have everything you need for personal or business usage

Had the iPad. Wanted the syncing ability. Great phone. Only issue is purchased it 30 days before the iPhone 6 came out. Best Buy employees told me the new IPhones wouldn't be in stores until around December. Wish I had known.

This is my first iPhone. I have been on the droid platform for years. Droid is VG but I am a Mac guy and it was time. So far I am loving this phone and all I can do with it.

I love my iPhone !!!! But I must admit I'm a iPhone fan all day 365/7/24... It's awesome I had the 4s now I have 5s so much lighter , more than just white or black for colors , faster sprint isn't so bad but could be better ..

Great phone. Got it on sale for 125 and it was a steal of a deal. Much better than the 5c. I don't use the finger print reader though and don't see the purpose for it yet.

This is a great phone for my daughter for all that she uses it for. The battery life is not up to par and I worry about her losing the battery when she's at school or somewhere that I would need to pick her up and her battery would be dead

You know what you're getting when you purchase an Apple product. It's dependable, reliable, and very user friendly. From the casual internet surfer, to the tech savy enthusiast, this phone can be useful to just about anyone.

It's alright with a little bugs on but over its nice, but the app eco system is the better part. Can't go wrong worth this one.

was an android user for many years till my family all went to the iphone so then after all these year finially got the iphone 5s and once I started using it I will never go back to android again its the best phone out there
