I cannot say anything negative at this point unless it's about verizon who wouldn't let me early upgrade with ineffective droids 3x in a row. It's only been a few months but man this product makes me happy. Best buy even called verizon for me in store to check on a few things.

I love this phone. The only neg on my I phone 4 was the too small screen which is improved on this 5. Also I find the best buy crew much more helpful then the verizon store

Bought as a birthday gift for my son's 14th birthday. He loves it. He never puts it down.

Bought this as a father's day gift and my father loves it! He came from a flip phone and loves this phone to death. He can go two days on a full charge with his constant emailing and Sportscenter updates. The UI is easy for him and everything about the phone is great!

I love it. Just like all the other iPhones it's expensive but it's light years faster than he older models. I didn't think Apple would be able to outdo the last model so quickly but they did...and by a long shot.

I went from a junky pre-pay phone to an iPhone 4 and though that phone was amazing, I wanted more. Faster speeds with LTE and thumb print security are just the beginning!

The phone is a nice phone, I love the larger size and fingerprint scanner. It seems to get in a better signal than my previous iPhone 4S.

This is my first phone of this type of high tech. I always thought that the iphone would be to complicated for me to learn and operate. My son who is 15 showed me his iphone and showed me how easy it is to use.

My first iPhone but won't be my last. This phone keeps me straight with the calendar and I'm able to take and keep my pictures it is just great. I also use it to take notes on the work that needs to be done and the list of things that I need to pick up for my business.

Great phone. I use it for texting, snapchat, tweeting and instagram. Very responsive.

Decided to upgrade to iPhone from an Samsung Android. It is quite amazing how much better the reception is as well as the sound quality. Some features on the iPhone are much nicer and some are not as convenient as the Android. Overall, I would recommend the switch!
