    Excellent incredible product only thing that can weaken device is battery life, but the rest is very good

    My husband upgraded to this smartphone and within a few days he couldn't send or receive calls. There was no sound on either end of the call. Since we were within the 14 day return policy, the store had to give us a new phone. Problem fixed! No problems since we got new phone.

    The iPhone 5s is the best iphone yet! Apple really did a nice job with this phone. I had an iPhone 4 before and a Samsung s4. The iPhone smokes both!

    I was very disappointed in the phone when I first got it. I was promised longer battery life and great pictures. The battery did not last as long as my last iPhone. I could not tell that pictures were any better. I'm getting used to it. I still don't get great pics.

    Three of my family members have iPhones and one a Samsung Galaxy 3...love the iPhones...galaxy too difficult to operate compared to iphone 5s
