this new Iphone 5s is the best. and the coverage with Verizon is supper also. i had an android before and this phone is so much better!!

Great phone all around. Cell service isn't the best but that's not completely the phones fault.

Texting and emailing is horrible. Either I have giant fingers (I don't) or the keyboard alignment is off. Frequently need to push send repeatedly. Autocorrect goes crazy changing what I type because of this. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this.

It's a great phone! Love taking pictures with it comes out so clear almost better than my snap and shoot camera. Love all the apps too

My son has been waiting for an iPhone and the 5s was just what he wanted. He is very pleased with the p[hone and enjoys using it.

This phone replaces a Business provided Blackberry & a personal Android Phone. So far I have been very pleased with this device it is as good as advertised.

Overall very good phone, have not had any problems with it to date. Would like to see the battery last longer and with any tech investment make sure to put a Otter Box or Lifeproof case around it.

I am and always been an Apple fan. With the new 5s I have been able to get my husband to use phone with little or no instruction.

Overall I love my iPhone, it makes it easy to stay connected and there are so many apps, it's the Swiss Army knife of electronics.

I like my new IPhone 5s. It was an easy transition from my 4s. My favorite feature is the thumb print password! Great upgrade!

this is the third one (4s and 5 previous) and it works great. I'm happy with this phone.

I am very disappointed in this phone. I had the IPhone 4 for over 2 years and had no issues with it. Now I got the IPhone 5S and feel like I downgraded instead of upgraded. I plan on returning it to Best Buy or taking it to the Apple Store real soon.

Not much to say about Apple products. In my opinion they're the best out there. You may pay a little more but it's worth it.
