Mostly Good

The sales person sort of forgot that there was a Labor Day sale price, so she was ringing up the price as $50 more. She assured us that my plan would remain the same. When I got my first bill, it was $10 higher along with a $30 upgrade fee. That fee was not explained at all. She did a great job setting up my phone, but she was very unclear on the upcoming charges.
