it's a iphone "big deal" so what? tried to talk him into a samsung s5 but he's 15 so my son would'nt change. oh well his loss...

I think, the battery isn't have enough capacity on this phone. For me it's not enough. Anyway an awesome device.

I love the phone and service from Verizon. My only problem is will not stay connected to my wifi

I came to bet buy to ask what would be the best way for me to upgrade my phone and I was told I could change my carrier and I clearly asked if there's any additional fee I need to pay on top of the 100$ ? And the response was that's the only amount I need to pay and once I got the phone, a week later I got an invoice from my previous carries for 250$ for early cancellation contract now had I know this I would have made another desision as I really didn't want to pay that much money - I raised it also to the best buy as I believe I need to be refunded that money for the miscommunication of staff to customers but I didn't get anywhere - Thanks

This was my first iPhone and my first LTE phone. Previously I had an iPod 5 that I used to text people who had iPhones through iMessage. When I got this phone I realized how convenient the finger print scanner was and when I went back on my iPod to play some music I forgot for a second what my password was! The 64 bit processor is a huge upgrade from any phone and everything is FAST. Unlike android phones, apple phones scroll like butter and apps open quickly. The camera is quite amazing and the slow mo and burst mode are very fun features. I enjoy this phone and recommend it. Also if you don't want a case that makes it feel chunky get the apple leather case. it keeps the prestigious feel of the iPhone while still protecting it. Overall great product. You should get it.

This phone is a lot better than the iphone 4. I would recommend anyone upgrade to the iphone 5s as soon as they are available. The quality of the phone is better than the 4. Pictures taken by the iphone 4 are a good quality but the ones by the iphone 5 are outstanding. The colors look like they are brighter and clearer. Speed of the 5s is so much faster than the 4. I can stand by my daughter iphone 4 and can download apps with the 5s three to four times faster than her iphone 4. Sound quality seems like it is clearer also. If I have an individual on speaker it sounds like they are right next to me talking. The only bad thing about the phone is the price. I believe the upgrade should be free with a two year contract. It cost $199 with a two year contract. (twh)

it has been 6 months and i can say that so far zero issues with this phone. i love it that i can do anything with it when i get bored in classes. i can do anything that my laptop does. it fits in a single hand and very lightweight. camera quality is soo good. only minus is the battery life however i can say that it is %50 better than 4s and 5.

I currently have a 5 and I upgraded to the 5S. It's not a huge overhaul of the phone, but with fingerprint sensor, improved camera, and the A7 + M7 + 64 bit, it's worth the money. I may upgrade to the 32gb since your music and photo collection can only grow.

I am not a heavy cell phone. I was thinking whether to buy IPhone 5s/c , Galaxy S5 or HTC-One (M8). All three phones are excellent but after that I held all three phones in my hand at a local store and I decided to get the iPhone 5s because of the size. I took advantage of "Memorial Day deal" so I've got an iPhone 5s for $1.

I have a 32GB and my wife has a 16GB model. Both are amazing phones; fast, responsive, and powerful. I can't say enough good things about them; from the clear screen to the quality of the headphone audio, from the lightning port (best connector on anything of all time if you ask me) to the capabilities of the phone, there's no reason to get any other iPhone (unless you want the plastic-bodied 5c instead). The only downside to the 16GB model is that you're stuck to 16GB of storage, total. Spend a little more and get the 32GB model instead. It's worth it. Also, make sure that you get a case for it; while the phone isn't as delicate as the 4 and 4s, it's not going to be as durable as something like a Galaxy S5 Active or a G'Zone Ravine.

Iphone 5s is one of the classic phones I have ever used. The size is optimum, we can hold the phone and can use it very easily. The user interface is excellent and easy to use. I think we cannot even compare it with other brands. The best choice.

This is my second iPhone. I like the size of the new iPhone 5s even though other companies are making bigger screen phones. For me the size is perfect. The iPhone works fantastic......except for the fingerprint scanner. It seems to be hit or miss with a lot more misses. I have read that other people have the same problem. I finally decided to just use the security code log in all the time. The sound quality is great as well as the 4G capabilities that my iPhone 4s did not have. I also like the camera. My pictures are always clear and sharp. This was a definite upgrade to what I use to use. I would recommend the 5s to anyone who is not caught up in the "bigger screen is better" marketing hype. Also check out the Best Buy $50 rebate if you upgrade before the end of the year. You have to register but it will save you $50.....not a bad deal!!

no issues with it. I have 64 GB with Verizon. No battery issues and hasn't failed on me yet . Maybe a hiccup or two along the way but nothing major. I suggest waiting to new model Comes in september.

Apple has designed an amazing phone. However, 16 MB is barely enough.

Now let me start off by saying apple is one of the best companies by far. This phone is not only sexy but is speedy, and powerful. Everything about this phone is over all perfect in my book. Now I've had a droid before and there pretty good but the quality isn't that great. If you want a classic phone then go with apple.But if you wanna be different or stand out then go with droid. When I switched over from droid to Apple I immediately fell in love with everything. The layout of the phone, the App Store, and just the overall built of the iPhone inside and out. I deffinetly recommend this phone to any one!

I have bought several of this Iphones 5s due to the quality of the phone its self and the over all user friendly interface...and since its from verizon it comes unlocked right out of the box....since I travel abroad and can use it with other carriers including here in the usa without having to beg the USA carrier to unlock it!

I was an Android user for a long time before making the change to an iPhone and so far I love it.

The iPhone 5s is great. I like the fingerprint scanner for unlocking the phone. The phone is fast, and easy to use.

Honestly I'm an apple freak so it's hard to move me away from their products but I was a little disappointed in the quality of the phone calls. If I lay down on my bed or turn the phone upside down no one can hear me. Overall, the product is quality and I love the OS system. There isn't much this phone can't do.
