Overall, the Iphone 5S does not disappoint. The new operating system and faster processor are the best things about the phone for me. I had an Iphone 4S previously. I also like the fact that the Iphone seems to hold its value and have a much higher trade in value when it does come time to upgrade. That is a huge bonus!

This is the fastest iPhone ever. You can definitely tell the difference the new processor and iOS makes. I hope the next iPhone comes out with a little larger screen next time. The fingerprint scanner is great but I wished it worked for all my logins instead of just unlocking the phone and buying stuff from iTunes.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. It is very similar to the Iphone 5 that I have, but with a few additional add ons. The finger print scanner is great, wonder why it took so long to come up with that idea. No typing in passwords, just use your finger. IOS7 takes some getting used to, but not the end of the world. Can't beet the Iphone for ease of use and a gazillion apps to choose from.

This is the third or fourth version of an iPhone I have purchased and I have to say I was really tempted to try a different type of phone this time around but ultimately stuck with the iPhone because it is simple to sync with my iTunes. Initially I thought the battery life was much better than my previous iPhone but within a day or two of using I felt that this battery drained just a quickly with limited use. Also, the sound quality while listening on a phone conversation is not that clear. I mainly use as a phone, to text, surf the web and mp3 player. I don't use many apps. Most of the issues I have with the iPhone are trivial. Overall I guess it is a good phone.

Big improvements from iPhone 4s. Lighter, but not fragile feeling. Great camera

I have owned the 3g, 4s, and now 5s versions of the iPhone and I love it. This one is surprisingly lighter than my 4s despite being physically longer. I love that the size and screen are slightly bigger than the 4s without being huge like some of the quasi-tablets made by another manufacturer. I have an iPad, so I don't need my phone to be huge. TouchID works well for me. No complaints.

I am extremely satisfied with both the iphone 5s and io7. I am a heavy user app user due to work. I often attend online meetings while on calls, review emails, docs, etc. and the difference in speed is amazing from the 5. Couple this with great service and support from Best Buy and it's an all around winner!

Great phone, great experience at Best Buy. While others were lining up at the apple store I walked in to my local BB and walked out 30 min later with my new phone activated and working. Love everything about the new iPhone 5S. Slow motion video feature is fun to play with and this phone is fast, fast, fast.

Best iPhone yet. Very fast. Screen size is perfect, not too big, and not too small. Glad I purchased the 32 gigabyte capacity. My computer network was down a few days ago, and I conducted all my business on this phone, including downloading and reviewing large files, making calls and scheduling meetings. It is both elegant and a work horse. I could not be happier with this purchase.

I love this phone! I've never used android, I'm very comfortable with Apple, so I was delighted to get this phone! I love the camera, and the new slo-mo feature. My 4S needed to be charged twice a day, this can go over a day without being charged (and I use it A LOT). I put the phone in a lifeproof case immediately to protect it from my toddler...he and I both just love this phone!

The most important thing to me in a smart phone is the camera and the IPhone 5s has the best. I use it daily and am constantly surprised at how good the photos are, even in low light. It's an Apple product, so you know what you are getting, it may be locked down but it is easy to use and reliable. There are days when I do not even open my computer because the IPhone is so capable.

I had a 4s and waited for the right 5 that would please me. Very impressed with the camara, and other features that come with the 5s. Best Buy bought my previous phone back and gave me a nice amount for it. Very pleased to say the least. I will make my next phone purchase with best buy. Thanks Steph

My phone is like having a personal assistant to remind me of things I want and need to do. Very attractive. Like the red Apple leather case. I listen to KDFC when I exercise and the music sounds great on the phone. Like the camera and the photos I've taken. Free messaging with other Apple devices is nice, too. Stylish yet functional - can't ask for a better combination!

Apple has made another great phone. It isn't an evolutionary change but the changes made vs last years model where nice. I'd recommend the phone as well as buying it from Best Buy. I had my phone 10 minutes after it was first on sale. My friend went to a carrier store and waited for 8 hours.

Great phone, battery life is okay but could be better. Sometimes when I try to click an on screen button it won't respond until I continuously click it like the little "x" to close ads. Other than that I have no issues with this phone. It's a MAJOR upgrade from my iPhone 4. Siri is also awesome and very responsive. Only very few words she can't comprehend.

Much faster, better pictures and better reception than my last 4.

Good screen size. I don't need to watch videos on this unit, I have other and larger units for that. Battery life is the biggest negative. I have to charge every day.
