Great upgrade from the 4s. Screen size and battery life an improvement. Nice fingerprint scan feature

The new iphone is great, it is much faster than the previous generation looks much better and has improved features like the fingerprint reader which unlocks the phone faster and can be used in place of inputting your iTunes password. The camera flash is also better at producing clearer images in low light situations.

It is a good phone. But cost to much out of contract .. No phone should be worth 1000 bucks with warranty and accessory .. You don't need to be stuck with a 2 year contract .. The phone is better then the 4s and it chargers fast and last longer ., the people at best buy did the best they could . For 880$ the should include insurance for 2 years .,

I bought one of these last year and I got this one for my wife this year when the price dropped with the release of the iPhone 6. The iPhone 5s is still a great phone and we both love ours.

Best phone I've ever owned! Calls are crystal clear, photos are stunning, and I can get anything work related finished in a snap.

I purchased this phone in mid-December and it had to be replaced already with a refurbished phone. :-( The phone just lost all ability to get a signal. They replaced the sim card but to no avail. It worked one second and stopped working the next. This was an upgrade from a basic cell that I kept for 7 years so this was disappointing for it to be useless in less than three months and for it not be replaced with a new phone. I do love the apps, the fingerprint security option and siri on this phone.

The phone is reliable and rock solid apple product again. My third iphone, and compared to my wife's three galaxy phones which all had major software crashes , I've never had that problem. My only compliant with this solid aluminum phone is the screen size maybe future models will be bigger.

Not only do I love this phone, the staff at Best Buy in Honolulu was amazing. Besides getting everything transferred from my old phone successfully, they voluntarily stayed over an hour after closing to ensure I'd have a fully functional phone for an overseas business trip the next day.

The iPhone 5S is an awesome phone. Great photos, the sound is clear, and the new finger print id is extremely convenient.

Good phone. Good upgrade. Overpriced at 299. Not much different from the iphone4

I use this phone for work and its ease of use is great for me. The ability to sync my calendars, contacts, etc. help also. My wife and I share this information so updating any of it automatically updates it for both of us.

The iPhone 5S is a great phone. Though some improvements may seem sketchy in the news, getting your hands on the phone helps. And the 5s is truly Apples best model yet. They have come a long way since the beginning.

This is a phone, secretary, library, organizer, tutor, school, baby sitter, fitness coach, bank teller, tour guide, gps, dog trainer, cookbook. On and on and on. Not sure how the caveman survived without an iPhone.

I tried to go to an android phone but just could not seem to get the hang of it. I really like all the different things an android phone can do but didn't want to spend the time relearning how to accomplish the basic stuff. I-phones are reliable and do what they have always done.

I payed full price for the phone to keep my umlimted data plan for as long as I can. I can't think of a different phone I would be happier with. Definitely well worth holding on to my iphone 4 and waiting for the 5s

I like having my iTunes on my iPhone. Also, the email feature is perfect. Safari web browsing is very day and the photo quality is extremely good. I think a wider screen would be helpful, especially for typing on the keyboard. I recommend this for business or personal use.

Purchased this phone for my wife to replace her old phone, worked pretty smoothly. This generation of iPhone have way better photo quality than my older generation of iPhone and supported slow-motion pictures.

Overall, the iphone 5s is a great phone. The upgraded ios means a short battery life, but otherwise is fine.
