Really nice phone, the touch id is really cool and is nice because the exchange email that I use needs 8 digit password and typing that password can be avoided now .

I've owned iPhones from the beginning, so I really can't compare to anything else. But I am happy with the advancement of the 5s. I get tired of using a PIN number to access my phone but I like keeping it secured. The addition of the fingerprint sensor was right up my alley.

Phone is lighter than IPhone 4s. Camera is higher quality also

This was actually a replacement for one that was damaged while I was out of town. The absolute BEST thing about the whole experience was the wonderful staff member at the Temple, TX store who helped me. Even though I had to pay full price on the replacement, her helpfulness and cheerful attitude made the whole experience pleasant. Thanks:-)

I LOVE THE fingerprint touch. Like the slim design as well.

The iPhone 5s is a great step up from the iPhone 4. Processing speed with the newly installed chips are seriously noticeable. And the new fingerprint scanner works like a charm and is a lot more convenient then I would have ever expected. Highly recommend this phone!!!

It's a better camera. Can't hear as well when on my shoulder. Too long for the one handed usage. Too lightweight. Can't feel it in pocket. Preferred the 4.

I have had 4 iphones, the 3, 4g, 5 and now 5s. I have not had any real issues with them except my current 5s crashed yesterday and would not re-boot. I called Apple and they told me to go to the Apple store which I did. They had to do a reset, which caused me to have to do a restore on iTunes. Now some of my music did not sync correctly and am going to have to delete and sync again...grrrr! May just have been an OS problem, but be sure to do frequent back-ups!

This phone is fine. If you want to get an iPhone now, this is a good choice, However, I'd like to see more features incorporated into the "S" refreshes

Great phone, easy to use, durable, built like a tank.

My husband and I each have a 5s- his has the 32 GB and he uses it to hold video for his business to show clients, so he likes having the extra memory. He also uses it to hold all his music to listen to while he travels on the road. He thinks the signal quality is better and the sound quality is better than the old iphone 4.

Even though this phone us better than even the 5, it still seems to be missing something like better features fie example. Overall, very good phone.

I recently upgraded from an android and I'm very happy with my decesion. My main reason for the upgrade was for a phone with a decent camera since I'm always forgetting mine. I'm very pressed with the camera.
