Love the phone, wish it was more economical. Did not like the fact that we had to wait for the phone to come in on preorder and then could not trade in our phone because Best Buy would not hold the phone.

Fast phone on internet, I wish they had one with a smaller screen like the iphone 4. Also the IOS has some things I do NOT like, if you have replied to an email (thread) it used to say how many messages were related and now you have to go into that specific email and then drill down into the email, very frustrating

I was pleased that AT&T recommended I go to Best Buy to get the iPhone I wanted. They were completely out of the 32GB phone. Best Buy was not, they were great to work with and they had the phone I wanted in all 3 colors. Sales person was knowledgeable and even put my contacts on for me so my phone was ready to go.

I've had an iPhone since I got the 3 in 2008. I've enjoyed the new features on most of them, but I really love the thumbprint security feature on the 5S. It makes turning the phone on while driving a lot safer. I return most of my phone calls while traveling so I felt this feature was worth the cost of upgrading.

As iPhones go, it's still great. I'm not convinced on the benefit of the larger size, but it's negligible. The biggest issue (and it carries from older versions) is that when the phone grabs to a Wi-Fi, it won't let go, even if the Wi-Fi signal is poor and an available cellular connection is Excellent (5-bars).

I've had an iPhone since the first generation. It's faster and the camera is definitely a step up from the 4s I had. Not thrilled with the look of iOS 7, but with a few settings tweaks, the text is easier to read - increased contrast, bold text.

I'm an iPhone bigot so it doesn't matter that the 5s doesn't have al the new belle and whistles of android phones. It works. The iOS doesn't have as many bugs as android and I have never needed a user manual. It's elegant and typical of Apple.

I like it so far. As noted the battery is horrible. Still questioning if I should have gone with the galaxy. Every phon has it's +\- right?

I had the I-4 before and took that back and had an android for a while but then thought I would try it again and now I like it a lot.

Used iphones since first generation and like the functionality...would like more improvements in picture quality and battery life

Overall, its a great new phone from Apple. I likt the new size and screen clarity. Didn't like the new adaptor for charging, but there are connections that work with existing Apple devices.

I love this iPhone 5s that noticed this doing great without problems so far and better than my iPhone 3gs. I really am very happy this but price cost are pretty high but helped that I have five Best Buy Gift Cards helped to paid off.

I had such a great experience upgrading my phone at the Best Buy Mobile in international Mall in Miami, FL. The staff was friend, professional, knowlegible and took the time to help me!

Always been iPhone fan. Nice pictures and video is clear.

I have always love the iphone but this one is top of the line. I love the finger scan security protection and it is used to make purchases on iTunes as well. It makes it so much faster than putting in your password every time.

Apple continues to make a great product. Beautifully engineered phone. Love the new fingerprint identity sensor. It makes it so much easier to login. The operating system continues to be its strong point; very intuitive. It also integrates very well into my company's business system.

I like the fingerprint security. I have had iPhones since the start and the seamless updating and connection to the computer is flawless. The other phones try and be like apple. But apple is smart. They obviously are not.

Best iPhone Yet. Worth the upgrade unless you have an iPhone 5. Then if you're included to have a new phone all the time, then get it. You'll enjoy it, plus the fingerprint is convenient for purchasing in the APP Store.

I switched from Blackberry to iPhone about 3 years ago and it was the best decision I made. Apple continues to impress me with the product they put out. I definitely recommend this phone, you will not be disappointed.
