The overall phone and features are great. The available apps are really amazing. The camera is so good that I hardly drag out my good camera except for special occasions now. The battery life is much improved over my old Iphone 4 model.

I liked the iPhone 5C. Has interesting gadgets!! The life of the battery sucks! Nice display.

I decided to upgrade my 4s to this 5s. Best Buy gave me $200 for my old iphone 4s towards the new 5s. I did the same thing when i went from the 3gs to the 4s. The residual value of these phones is great! They are easy to learn how to use.

When I first ordered the phone, I knew it was on back order but I didn't know it was gonna take 45 days to receive it. Luckily, my previous phone was usable. I was patient because Best Buy gave me a very competitive rate on my old phone.

Better speed than my iPhone 4S which it is replacing, but no new "gotta have" improvements.

Love iphone. battery still not great/. finger touch print doesnt work great - sensitive.

Once I could finally get one, it turned out to be worth the wait. But then again, I expected no less. Works great. Looks great. Is great.

I have been an IPhone user since it was introduced. This is my latest model. The upgraded IOS is very good. Overall fast response. I have had no problems with finger control feature. Would highly recommend over an Android OS.

Love this phone! The camera is great and pictures are much clearer than my old phone.

I am a national manager with 20 engineers working for me all over the country. Calls, emails,texts, excel and word docs all need to come through fast and clear. Maps....terrible....with the traveling I do 45 weeks a year, I rely on maps HUGE! Apple folks..this was almost a deal breaker for me next upgrade it may be. Listen to your customers, say good by to Tom Tom or we will say good bye to Apple.

I had an iphone 4s and switched to an android. Though I liked the android, it is good to be back to the iphone. Much easier to sync with my email accounts etc. Easier to sync contacts and pictures too. Happy to be back.

Works great but not happy with changes to iOS software and the music features.

Love the phone. Watched when it came out and purchased phone first thing the morning it was released. Nothing to complaining about. Everything is great very pleased.

I've always loved iPhones, they're easy to use and you can download so many different useful apps. Battery lasts a lot longer than my iPhone 4s, it's nice to not carry a charger with me throughout the day anymore!

Great new iPhone. Awesome new features added to make this iPhone the best I have owned. The fingerprint scanner is pretty awesome. I have never had any issues with iPhones and I see this one to keep the streak going.

This phone is has the finger print security feature that I enjoy. It is truly a smart phone and good looking too. It has good battery life. I depend on the Siri feature for my daily needs. I love Apple products.

I am on the S schedule so I get a new S every time it comes out. I have been an iPhone user since the original 3G and look forward to the updates when they come.

This is my 4th iphone purchase. I am very pleased with each upgrade and look forward to what might be available on the next iphone that I purchase in coming years. Iphone has everything I need in a phone and more!

My son has had each iPhone and loves them. He recently decided to try a different brand, but immediately went back to trade it in for the iPhone again. We love the way Apple products all work together so easily.
