I purchased this phone in 2013, and it is still working as if it was brand new. I hope it will last me another two or three years. I am not too tech savvy so this phone is perfect for me.

Apple has done it again. They made a feature that you think you didn't need but now I can't live without it. I am loving the fingerprint it makes it so easy!

Though it's easy to dismiss this handset as iterative, the 5s is the first smartphone with full 64-bit support and a capacitive fingerprint sensor, and it also ships with a fresh, revamped version of iOS.

iPhone is great as always. I like the thinner body, although it's a touch too long, forcing my fingers to stretch more than the previous versions. Continues to be the best phone on the market though.

Great phone at a great price. Apple had already reduced the price and Best Buy was gracious enough to match it.

After having the same model for three years this was a huge jump forward for her. Don't know if I would recommend upgrading if you had the previous model but still a great phone.

Everyone knows the iPhone is the Cadillac of smartphones. Although I sometimes tire of dealing with Apple, until someone else can provide the apps available on the iPhone, I will be a loyal customer.

iPhone does not need any review, great phone, performance. IOS and Android 2 separate platforms, but iOS is great and Android still need to do lot of work to improve stability and performace.

The iPhone 5s is a great smartphone. That's it, plain and simple. Plus you get Apple's far-superior support, and access to the largest app store in the world. It's a very impressive product.

Love the easy use of the iPhone. Nice selection of Apps too.

Takes some getting used to new features. Most old setting ported over, but had to reset up tones for calls and change new standard ringing to my desired old tones. Love the Siri navigation.

I had an iPhone 4 that I traded in for the 5S. I was very disappointed when none of my pictures transferred over, most of my apps had to be redownloaded and none of my app data was there it was like starting from the beginning again. I also had to plug it in to my laptop to get my music again. I thought this is what the icloud is for? I even pay annually for extra icloud storage. But my big complaint is that this phone somehow seems to suck down data. I got it on Dec 9th and by the time my new billing started on the 22nd I was billed TWICE for extra data. That never happened in 2 1/2 yrs of owning my last phone. I have made every adjustment recommended and its not helping. I cant afford the increase in my bill every month. The battery drains much more quickly also.

Having owned all iPhones since they came out, there have been great improvements. Apple nickle and dimes customers on advancements. Better technology and capabilities are already available, but they hold out to add to next version. A sign the company is stagnant in its ability as innovators. Good phone, better if you can get it at a discount.
