Love Apple

I say this because I used to be anti Apple but they won me over after I had to buy 3 other brand name computers in one year because every single one died on me during major class works! I switched to Apple and then slowly switched to iPhone and the other products! You will get your money worth and more! Don't be an anti if you are not willing to try something like I was!

Solid OS; Poor Features

The iPhone 6 still doesn't even have a constantly blinking new message indicator light, a very basic feature of any smartphone. Other phones have a more intelligent version of SIRI while some are even water proof. The only reason why I stick with the iPhone is because the operation system is very smoother and less buggy than Androids. I like that the screen is a little larger on the 6 so I finally no longer have typos like I always did with the 5.

Great product but battery life is poor

Seems to me the last three iPhones I bought and about 18 months or the battery for some other technical issue seems to arise. Phones are great and I love their usage and ease of use, but I am becoming increasingly frustrated by Apple and their products

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Expected better than this for a apple brand. Sceen is very delicate and is prone to breakage. Performance decreases with time and 16 GB memory space is too low. Only thing it caries s Apple brand.

very bad hardware

Starting from purchase to support from Bestbuy are bad. When I went back to replace the phone to store, they donot have once in stock and not ready to replace the phone. Finally my 14 day return period is over and now I am struck with defective phone for next 2 years. Really this kind of support is not expected from big store like BestBuy. I will not buy any thing from Bestbuy mobile department and will not recommend my friends.
