I really love the emojis and the camera on this phone

Phone is everything my son wanted in a cell phone.

The purchase experience, which was completed by phone, was time consuming because we were also extending our cell carrier contract. The agent, however, was very helpful and professional during the transaction. Then we went to the local store to have the phones programmed etc., which was competed quickly and accurately.

I went from a Galaxy S4 to this iphone only because I lost my Galaxy. This phone seemed pretty slow, right out the box with no added apps. I was told this was due to Sprint having a slow network. Even WiFi seemed to lack speed. I am not an iphone Hater, I still have a 4 that I use. It is only a little slower than the 6. I returned the phone after 5 days use. two months ago. Still have not seen a credit from Sprint. I have heard that it works great on other networks...I bought another S4.

I needed to replace my existing iPhone as it broke the day before I was leaving to go out of town. While the best buy process seemed very long, they were the only ones open on a Sunday to get my Sprint iPhone replaced. I'm happy with the phone overall.

The phone is the same you would expect from past iPhones, but better. The clarity of the screen is better, as well as the camera. It definitely runs faster (but I was running the iOs8 on the iPhone 4, so I noticed a huge difference right away). It is a lot lighter in weight and if you put a hard cover case on it then it doesn't seem too fragile. Overall, great phone and I haven't had an issues since I bought it.

Purchased a new Samsung S6. Being an iPhone user thought I would try a new type of phone. I decided I didn't like it and wanted to switch back to an iPhone. The staff at Best Buy was very helpful and made the transition seamless and painless.

I've been an iPhone fan since the original iPhone and love how Best Buy now offers Geek Squad protection

The phone is excellent (as always) - just what you'd expect from Apple; the transition was smooth - it got everything it needed from iCloud automagically...liked the iPhone 5 size better but I guess everyone else prefers bigger phones these days.

I've had my new phone for more than a month. However, I still haven't learned how to use it. I understand from several friends and advisors that I can download information (such as my contacts) from MacBook Pro to the I-phone. I plan to do that as soon as it gets a little warmer. I have a feeling I will love the device once I learn how to use it.

The camera is very nice, the photos are excellent. The internet is faster and more LTE. I love the keyboard is bigger. Its very thin and light.

Upgraded from 16gb 5c and have less storage. I am unable to take pictures or download the apps I already had. Are you kidding me???? I took it into the store and the manager wasn't able/willing to help me. I'm past 14 days so was told to go to the Apple Store.

This case is thin so it fits in my pocket easily. It fits the iPhone 6 well. It's a little rubbery so it is easy to grab. I have dropped my phone a few times and it has protected it. The guy at the store recommended it.

Love the improved size of the screen and thin frame.

This is the best iPhone I've ever had! I've had iPhones from 3G to this one and I must say the size and camera are definitely worth!

I always love getting my new iPhone and this is another great Apple product.

Pros - bigger screen, wife likes it, good battery life, somewhat easy to use Cons - there's no way to add selective ring through for numbers you want to be able to reach you in an emergency when your phone ringer is off. Android can do this with many different apps but iphones can't unless you jailbreak the iPhone which I don't want to do. The only reason I bought this iPhone is my wife likes it otherwise I would have bought her the Samsung 7 edge

I bought my daughter and myself this phone, we love it! The only down side is its quiet a bit bigger than an iPhone 5c so it barely fits in my pocket

Went from a iPhone 4c to the 6, best decision in a long time! It's faster and the battery life is more than enough!

Very happy with the new iPhone 6. I am very impressed with the screen, somehow it doesn't show fingerprints and almost seems like it is Teflon coated.
