easy to use, bug free, love how it integrates with my laptop

I waited for a while for this phone but am so glad that I upgraded. I am amazed when I look at the 5S and how much difference there is in screen size. It was a much needed upgrade and I am very happy with the IPhone 6...now its a waiting game till the next one surfaces!

So far I like this Iphone and enjoying all the nice features.

The phone was hard to activate. We had to go to a Sprint store, and the clerk was surprised that we bought a sale phone. A penalty of $10 was to levied on our plan, but it turned out to be $25. What the heck? The Sprint phones are costing 22.99 for a new phone on installment plan. Best Buy just cost us more than paying full price.

I had an i-phone 5 and upgraded because I could. I had trouble adjusting to the thinner and larger shaped phone. I liked the weight of the I-phone 5 and for me, the new features did not warrant me getting a new phone and paying more $$$. So if you have an I-phone 5, I would really think twice before I bought one. I do like the gold color.

Love the color first and for most. I have had every iPhone made in my possession by far I like this the best. Its very light weight and not to bulky. The screen is way smoother makes texting and playing games easy.

I bought this for my wife because she really prefers the Apple ecosystem. As much as it pains me to say it, it is a good quality product overall. We have had a little trouble with the mic for the speakerphone (which means Siri no longer hears her) but have not had a chance to take it anywhere to have it looked at.

New iPhone with bigger screen, I was reluctant to update since I have enjoyed the smaller size over the years. All the features you love plus updates you have to experience yourself, the little details matter!

Phone is everything my son wanted in a cell phone.

The purchase experience, which was completed by phone, was time consuming because we were also extending our cell carrier contract. The agent, however, was very helpful and professional during the transaction. Then we went to the local store to have the phones programmed etc., which was competed quickly and accurately.

I needed to replace my existing iPhone as it broke the day before I was leaving to go out of town. While the best buy process seemed very long, they were the only ones open on a Sunday to get my Sprint iPhone replaced. I'm happy with the phone overall.

I went from a Galaxy S4 to this iphone only because I lost my Galaxy. This phone seemed pretty slow, right out the box with no added apps. I was told this was due to Sprint having a slow network. Even WiFi seemed to lack speed. I am not an iphone Hater, I still have a 4 that I use. It is only a little slower than the 6. I returned the phone after 5 days use. two months ago. Still have not seen a credit from Sprint. I have heard that it works great on other networks...I bought another S4.

The phone is the same you would expect from past iPhones, but better. The clarity of the screen is better, as well as the camera. It definitely runs faster (but I was running the iOs8 on the iPhone 4, so I noticed a huge difference right away). It is a lot lighter in weight and if you put a hard cover case on it then it doesn't seem too fragile. Overall, great phone and I haven't had an issues since I bought it.

I purchased this phone for my son this year for Christmas. It is his first phone. Everything works as well or better than expected. He said he was very excited at the quality of the photos and the reception strength he is getting at the house. I recommend this phone to anyone looking for a solid IPhone.

Purchased a new Samsung S6. Being an iPhone user thought I would try a new type of phone. I decided I didn't like it and wanted to switch back to an iPhone. The staff at Best Buy was very helpful and made the transition seamless and painless.

Were very happy with our best buy purchase. Nick at the mall was very helpfull in helping me set up my new Sprint acct. It's larger then my 5 but very sleek.

My daughter absolutely loves her new phone. It was a birthday gift. It is bigger and has more features than her previous phone. It was easy to order online and pickup/activate in the store.
