a positive experience. Even though they were very busy, no one felt rushed. They took as much time as you needed. The warranty is better than most others have.

Great phone, love the finger scan feature, scanned 4 fingers so no matter which one I am using will work. No more putting a code in every time I turn it on.

I purchased my iPhone 6 at best buy and couldn't be happier. They were very helpful and neither of the AT&T stores in town had any in stock. The iPhone is great and like all Apple products it works very well.

This is apples best phone so far. I started with 3 then 4 then 5 now 6 and the picture quality is terrific, the added features are a bonus. Love this phone.

The iPhone 6 has a beautiful form factor. Sleek and elegant. I have noticed issues with network and wifi strength in places where my iPhone 5s and others do not have any problems. Upgrading to iOS 8.02 did not resolve these issue. The battery life is amazing and I no longer feel like I need to be tethered to a power cable.

Great phone, more screen area and thin. More app should support larger screen size.

I like this iphone but something is wrong with it. When i make a call there is a sound, must be manufacturing defect.

An iPhone is an iPhone, but this one is slimmer and larger. For a woman's hand it is just a bit too large. I preferred the 5/5S size - it was at the limit for me with one handed use. The iPhone 6 (not the plus) is just too big. I am keeping it, but I did consider trading it back in for the 5S (I had a 5).

It is an Iphone6 just like I ordered. Plenty of storage with 64 gigs.

I'm Very impressed with the improvements over my previous IPhone 4s. The fingerprint scanner is great and gives me a great sense of security especially for the future use of the Apple Pay feature.

I like the iPhone 6. It's fast and much better than the previous iPhones.

I love the size & options but wish there was more options for cases

The new iPhone is very FRAGILE --- I have owned every "edition" of iPhone since Apple introduced the iPhone & The New iPhone is the most fragile by FAR - be very careful - do not drop or use in a tough environment - love the features, just can't believe Apple can't make a tougher phone - guess they think we all live inside - on carpet or rubber floors

I upgraded from an iPhone 5 to a 6 Plus and the experience provided by Best Buy was the best! Fast and efficient got me out of there plus trade in and credits in less that 30 mins!

I make it a point to only upgrade when I absolutely have to and I love the new phone. I wish there was more help in the Mobile section because the wait was about 30 to 45 minutes.

Everything you want, but not great for in your pocket. Pretty much demands a protective case. Slippery design cries out for a lanyard for those who want to keep the device thin.

We had the best customer service and availability of product. Other stores did not even have the i phone 6 in stock. Your salesman was very professional, courteous and helpful.
