Best Buy's mobile department is great to work with though!

Missing a lot of features

Switching back and forth between the phones I find that iPhone seems to be missing a lot of the APPs and the functions that I have come to love in my other phones and it seems to have other frustrating problems. Even the sound quality is a little lacking compared to other phones, and other people say it picks up the background sounds (like at Airports) so it is hard for the other people to hear conversations. It is fast, good battery life, and thin but not one of the best over all phones I have used.

Hard to get used to the size difference from 5S
