This is my first i-phone coming from 3 prior android systems (all Galaxy's) which all failed me tremendously, I was ready for the change! I understood it would be a bit more complicated from what I heard from others but I had hoped I'd get some training from the employee who helped me w/my purchase. As I have always been used to superb customer care at best buy this time was a far cry from that, as soon as I was done paying for my phone the girl helping me literally pawned me off on someone else when I asked how to operate the new phone. I didn't expect hours of training just the simple how to's for beginner I-phone users. Since I didn't get any help, I've been left to my own demise & it is by far the most complicated operating system I've ever had to navigate, NOT user friendly at all, I HATE this phone! I wish I could say more positive things about it but it is simply too complicated for the average super mom who already has loads on her plate to deal w/and doesn't have time to unravel the complications of this operating system just to make a simple phone call or navigate somewhere! Needs to be way more simple at least to make a phone call in order to score higher for me!

Love the phone, but cracked screen first week. The glass seems thinner to me. I dropped my 4s several times before it gave way.

The iPhone 6 is definitely an upgrade from my iPhone 5. There are faster internet speeds and convenient new functions.

Terrible customer service, didn't get pictures or phone numbers transferred, was rushed out to hurry and finish

I've been an apple customer for quite some time. I am very happy with the iPhone 6 and ll it has to offer.

The phone is a good evolution from my iphone 5. I just wish Apple was a bit more aggressive earlier on.
