I have owned both apple and android devices in the past. Most recently, the Samsung Galaxy s4. I had problems with the phone freezing, the battery dying and having to constantly restart the phone. So far, switching back to the iPhone has been the best move I've made in a long time. I highly recommend this phone.

Love the new iPhone 6! Upgraded from the 4s and the additional features, screen size, weight, etc. are great. Very intuitive features, easy to transfer old information from old phone, etc. Can't complain!

This phone was for my 18 year old son and he loves it . Personally when I compare it to the Samsung Galaxy s5, I find it lacking in some areas.

After about a month with this phone I absolutely love it. I traded up from an iPhone 5 and love the bigger screen and thinness. Camera is excellent for shots of the family. Highly recommended to anyone.

I've owned android and iPhone, this is by far the best I've owned! Excellent camera, battery life, call quality and extremely fast and silky smooth OS.

The look and design of the phone is perfect for anyone that loves the feel of premium. The OS is just like any iPhone so easy to use.

Every aspect of this phone is better than its predecessors...The clarity of the screen/photos are awesome. The speed of the apps processing is 3 times as fast as my iPhone 5 was. Its the best yet.

Upgraded from the iphone 5 to this and am glad I did. Really like the larger screen and fingerprint scanner, as well as some of the new camera features. The battery seems to last a little longer.

The mobile service dept at Best Buy is the worst. They talked me into a service that was supposed to save me money but instead ended up costing more. Upon asking them to change it they refused and would not work with me to resolve the situation. I am canceling my membership with Best Buy due to this!!!

My son's iPhone 6 is terrific. He is thrilled! His twin sister has a 5s, and is upset that we have no upgrades for a while!! ; )

Actually I think it was a great improvement from the 5S. It has a couple of bugs that I assume will be fixed with software upgrades.

the iphone6 is a improvement in speed, camera quality and features as compared to previous models. it lives up to the hype. satisfied so far.

I had an iPhone 4 for three years and as soon as Apple annocened the new iphone 6 & iPhone 6 plus. I knew that's the phone that I'm going to get. The A8 chip processor is way faster than my old iPhone and the quality of the photo was just spectacular. All I have to say is, I'm so glad that I waited for another year instead of getting iPhone 5s.

I love the phone, but I'm no smartphone expert, so I don't want you to put your faith in my knowledge of this phones capabilities. I was very pleased with how Best Buy handled the sale of the phone however. I got mine the day they came out and was helped by several very friendly and professional salespeople. I had preordered my phone, and actually thought I would have to pick it up at another best buy location, but their staff called me and offered to let me set it up at the best buy closer to where I live and work. Very satisfied.

This is my wife's iPhone 6 and she loves it. No problems at all. Our local Best Buy store was very helpful. Lots of detailed reviews online so I won't get into what's already been so many times. Activating with Verizon was easy and the call quality is very good, especially between our iPhone 6s.

I bought this Verizon activated phone for $99 bucks as an upgrade. Best move I have ever made as far as my cell purchases have gone. I wish my wife was ready for the upgrade at the time too, I would have bought another one.

The ios8 works exactly the same as it did on my iphone 5. The camera works great. The higher storage options work great. It does everything like it's supposed to. Works great. I love it.

I upgraded from the 5 to the 6. I skipped that last launch because I have Verizon and was waiting for them to deploy VoLTE (voice and data) for the iPhone. I'm very satisfied it works seamlessly. I love the new iPhone 6 because the size is just perfect now, the plus was a bit too big. I appreciate the fingerprint which is so convenient. Another great feature is the reachabilty function for hard to reach apps. I hope Apple doesn't change the size. Love love love my decision to upgrade. This phone is very nice the only con is I do not think the Apple Pay feature works with Passport but that doesn't take away from the actual phone, I still highly recommend.
