Was an iPhone user since buying the first one unsubsidized for like 600 bucks. Started to go away from Apple and move to Android phones because I got tired of the iPhone's relatively small screens. A 4.7-5.0 inch screen is the sweet spot for an everyday phone imo. Glad Apple finally stepped up to bigger screens.

Very happy with this purchase. Apple products are top notch and the trade in/purchase at best buy was very easy.

This is my 3rd iPhone and they just keep getting better.. The thing I'm most happy about is the wifi device is way better. My iPhone 5 had a much shorter range and kept dropping the signal in my house but the iPhone 6 does not.

This is my first iPhone - purchasing this has been the best choice. Llove the phone and storage capacity.

Super phone. But had almost a month and there was an internal chip on the glass by the home button causing my home button to stick in causing my Siri and Touch ID to not work properly. So I went to my local best buy to get this taken care of, I bought from bestbuy.com, well as expected they were not helpful at all! Tried to blame the internal glass defect on my glass screen cover?! Associate said works fine so I had to show him with one of their display models that mine was not normal. Then he went into the whole did you buy our warranty plan? I said no the phone is barely a month old.. Needless to say I left there very unsatisfied. Contacted Apple and they had no issues at all to take care of this. My wife is due for a new phone in a few weeks, but won't ever be purchasing another item from Bestbuy again. Horrible service

I love my iphone 6 i loved that when i went in & they couldent find it so they dug till they could find it..

I upgraded from a 5s to this 6. I love everything about it. I also will only go to best buy for cell phones

I really liked it. Service by Verizon is excellent. I am have no problem with handset and service provider.

I love the new phone as I upgraded from a 4S to the 6. I am happy with it overall and would def. recommend!

Was almost finalized on the Plus. Made a decision to go for this on launch day since Plus was unavailable @ Best Buy and glad that I made this decision. Feels about perfect in hand and Plus seems way too big when I saw it in person. Apple products are always classy and premium and this is no different

First iPhone we got was a lemon, but Best Buy stood behind their sale and Black Tie warranty service and replaced with a new iPhone, and took the time to migrate everything to the new phone. Very happy with the service.

It's my favorite Christmas gift! I always look forward to the new iPhone and this one didn't let me down.

Good size, nice camera but freezes often I have to power off in order for it to unfreeze.

I love my new iphone6. I upgraded from a iphone4 so it took a little getting use to but I love it. I do wish it was the same size as my old one. That's why I didn't choose the 6s. I would recommend it to a friend.

After viewing and learning about the other phones out there, my choice for this phone was a no brainer.

I love my iPhone 6 and when i bought it Best Buy was the only place that actually had one available.

I upgraded to the iPhone 6 from the 4S, and so far I'm in love! Some think the screen is far too big, which makes sense if you own a phone with a smaller screen. But now that I've had the 6 for almost a month, I'm completely used to the screen. Whenever I hold a 4S or 5, they seem mini to me!
