||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this phone as a Thanksgiving present to myself and I have to say, it's been pretty great upgrading from a refurbished iPhone 4s that couldn't answer phone calls that weren't on speaker phone to a phone that can. No major problems so far, but I'll keep my fingers crossed that none arise. Thanks BB for not making me have to go to a Verizon store and wait 2 hours for a new phone.

Has not operated, without glitches, since purchase

A constant need to restart throughout each and every day. I feel like I've been suckered into losing hundreds of dollars by taking the time to buy this cell phone from Apple.
