I had to return the next day to get some things to work on the phone. took the guy 5 minutes and I was out of there. I was getting a little frustated with her since I bought an iPhone 6 for my wife the Friday before and everything went smoothly.

Service at Best Buy is excellant

I pro ally ordered a different phone but decided to change my order as the incentives offered by Best Buy made a better bargain with the phone that I finally did order and receive. The phone is exactly as I had been promised and the correct model and color.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm sure this phone will be great, but I'm on my way to swap it for another at the Apple Store. Wi-Fi is horrible and constantly stops or disconnects. Won't rotate when I turn it. Deletes text after i have almost finished typing it. Hilariously, it just deleted that last part and I just had to type it again. I have never had a problem with an iPhone, and my girlfriende works fine. So hopefully mine will be sweet tomorrow after swapping it, or I will not be happy.

Still has some bugs
