Decent phone... Does all that I expected but I am not sure if it is worth the spend. Not much different from say 5S

I enjoy the new iPhone overall it's faster and I love how slim it is

great deal but mostly because the rep at BB was SO knowledgeable about the plans and options... found a way to offset most of cost of new phone on Edge plan with savings on service - we would never have figured it out ourselves. BB comes through again.

It was really easy to upgrade to the new iPhone right at best buy. They gave me an incredible trade in on my old phone and helped me make sure it was backed up before deleting all of the information. I will definitely do this in the future for upgrades.

This has been the best experience I have had with the iPhone. I used to be an android user until the 4s and now the 6 is beyond awesome. Add in apple pay and poof! The absolute best!! Not sure why anyone would waste their time with any other smartphone!

Great phone overall. The interfacing with Apple is great. I do wish that Apple would have changed more things. The letters in the phonebook on the right side of the screen, as well as the letters when in the music app are way too small and should have been larger for better functionality. I would have liked to have new ringtones and more updates with the upgrade, but Apple is pretty non-changing. The thumbprint feature is very nice.

I love my new phone but did have some difficulty trying to sync with my computer at first. After spending about 2 hours on the phone with Apple I was able to get it fixed and I have enjoyed my phone since with no issues. The person who assisted me at Best Buy was great and provided me with her undivided attention during the sale process and with the initial set-up of my phone and transferring of my contacts. I love my new phone!!!

Easily the best iteration of the iPhone yet. The new features, especially since the release of iOS 8.1, are great. If it is time for you to upgrade...do it. You will not be disappointed.

Huge disappointment. Everyone else I know has the same issue so I didn't take it back and I need my phone for both work and personal so going without is not an option. My recommendation is to buy a battery pack so you have at least one business day's worth of battery life.

The iphone 6 is a great upgrade from the 4S and the fact that best buy gave me a 50 dollar coupon to upgrade was great the 6 is great and not as big as the plus so it is still portable

I got this phone the day of release and hadn't preordered until the same afternoon. Best buy service was amazing and quick and the sales floor associates made my experience perfect.

Great new size that isn't too big for the pocket and is up to the usual standard of apple.

Everything about the iPhone 6 is awesome. The feel of the phone, the look and its definitely the whole package you would want as an iPhone owner. Cant think of one negative thing to say about the phone at all I highly recommend!!!

the iphone 6 works as well as all other iphones, the battery is good and ios8 is good

Upgraded from an iPhone 5. With the bigger screen, easier to read and compose emails.

This iPhone, as is typical for the new generation, is extremely fast with a great camera. I have dropped the phone a few times and ended up with only minor nicks, so it is extremely sturdy. The Touch ID is fast (though not as fast as the new one), and most reliable, though occasionally needs to be wiped down. The new form factor takes a while to get used to, but overall makes for a better experience. My one major complaint with the phone is the screen scratches very easily. My iPhone 5, which I had for 2 years and cared for equivalently, had no scratches, while my 6 has accumulated many. I would also recommend going caseless - the curved edges on the sides are there to make side-swiping easier, and makes the experience much more enjoyable.

The new iPhone 6 and 6 plus are by far the best iPhones ever!!! I have thoroughly enjoyed this phone already!! And I would recommend either one without hesitation!!

I had a Samsung S4 and really did not like the phone at all. I was happy to hear when Apple made their phones larger. This phone is great and I would recommend it to anyone that does not like their current smartphone.

Love the iPhone 6 for its size. Only wish it had a better camera.
