I would recommend the phone not best buy service personnel.

this is a very good smart phone non of the problem that we have had with the other brands. this is my wife's phone. I have the regular 6. it work great also. we both had other smart phones but came back to I phones because we did not have issues with them. the only down sides are you can not upgrade memory with a card so we got the 64 gb phones and you can't replace the battery. but i have had mine for over a year with no problems. our son still plays with my old I phone 4. that is 5 years old you just have to charge it after a few hours.

At first I wasn't sure about the size of this phone but Apple packages it perfectly. I love the screen and keyboard size. Double tapping on the Home button to bring down the screen is a bonus when I can only use one hand to navigate.

I really enjoy the super nice screen on the 6 plus and the fact that it's light and thin.

I will always purchase my IPhones thru Best Buy! Apple 6+ solved my need for a Apple replacement and staff were great to work with setting it up and I didn't need to do all of that on my own. My IPhone 4S was awful for me to set up myself. They took that stress away and let me enjoy my new IPhone the moment I left the store.

If you are in the apple ecosystem, its a great phone.

Went from Galaxy Note 4 to this. What a difference. For the worse... You can perform so many more functions at one time on an Android phone than this. Partially because it is Verizon. Can't do two data functions at once. Like have mobile hot spot on and receive email. Gotta pay extra at Verizon to turn on. BS. Can't merge multiple contacts to be one and the list goes on and on. Apple is supposed to be the easier phone. More like a stupid phone than a smart phone. But it's what work bought thinking they were going better. Major bad move. And when it comes to apps the cost continues. Pay for apps. Most and many more to choose from on Android and free. Apple seems to be way too proprietary for my taste. I gave it a few months to get use to but no can do. My business phone now sits as much as possible. I rather make a call from my desk.

I thought the phone would be too big since I have small hands, but I have gotten used to it very quickly. I just purchased a case online to protect it.
