First, went to Glen Allen, VA best buy. Stood there for an hour, asked people to have assistance, was told short staffed. Went to Mechanicsville, VA Best Buy. There were no phones from promotion in stock. Salesperson ordered one for me. When received the phone would not work properly. I went in, the techs stated that it was a defective phone after working on it 2 hours. I was told if I wanted the promotion price I would have to deal with bestbuy.com. The store could not take care of the mistake, even though it is also Best Buy. In total I spent 3 hours in the store and I returned the phone and did not order another one. I will not work with best buy again for cell phone assistance.

I almost like everything about it. Still getting use to it. Could careless about the 3D Touch and such. It's a great phone

Agree with all other positive reviews. I don't think that anything else left to describe how great is iPhone 6s 128gb

Would have preferred to wait for the new iPhone SE next year, but my old 4s was just to full, slow, and erratic.

Last iPhone with hassle free earbuds! My kids refused the newer versions due to the earbud connection

It's an iPhone, what more can I say. After moving from Android some time ago, all I've been using is Apple devices.

Excellent phone. Preference to the iPhone 6s instead of the 7 or 8 is due to the earphone connection.

The phone is what it is - Apple. There are no real surprises except the finger print sensor really works good now.

Really enjoyed getting a good deal on this phone. Best Buy is the place to do cell phone purchases in my opinion

I used this phone for quite some time even when new models started popping up. Now, I’ve moved on the a different one but I’ll just say that this one never failed me.

However, Best Buy and Sprint get bad ratings from me regarding disclosing the changes to our account!

I had changed from an iphone to samsung galaxy. I decided to return to iphone because best buy had it for a great price. We also have other mac products. It's been great so far. I haven't had any issues.
