We ordered an iphone from BB.com but there were no instructions on activation with verizon. It is still not active after 3 days. Now it seems we have stop in at a store for assistance.

Just got my iPhone 6S 128gig. LOVE it!! Used iPhone before, was a 4 with 8 gig i think? Like it years ago but screen was too small and did not support 4G/LTE. Went back to android which I like also, but unlike apple phones, after several months they slow down and sometimes freeze. Got the 6S 128 gig on "sale" for $200. Was very happy because it was the 128 gig model. Haven't much used the "new" features like the "live photo" and the like, but intend to soon. The screen size is perfect. Everything works seamlessly and smoothly. It is a very good build quality made with solid materials. It's a little slimmer than I'm used to but a case/protector helps with the feel in my hand. Call quality is good. The speaker is clear and loud. Every bit as loud as my htc one with "beats audio" speakers that are on the front of the phone. I was very happy that I could sync my entire itunes library of music (6,000+ songs), into the phone to stream in my car via bluetooth and eliminate the need for my old ipod classic and STILL have almost 70 gigs of memory left. This after downloading all my "normal" apps and some new ones. My only complaint is... well, nothing! It's a great phone, works great, does everything you could WANT a phone to do and is very easy to use. If you use apple already or are considering trying an apple phone... GET THIS ONE!! You won't be diappointed

After a month of use, I've just discovered you can no longer get voicemail unless you are constantly using data. I need a cell phone for making and receiving calls, sending texts, and taking pictures. On very rare occasions I turn on WIFI or cellular data. Now that I have to use data in order to know that someone left me a VM, I can see my data usage and rates going through the roof

I bought this cell phone because it said it was unlocked... and it's just the opposite. The cell phone is not unlocked, in fact it has a contract with T-mobile. I want to communicate with someone to help me solve this problem of purchase

Bought this as an upgrade from an iPhone 6 so I pretty much knew what to expect. The phone works great; it is faster than the iPhone 6. I would say there is not much difference between the two, with the 3D Touch being the biggest and there honestly isn't a ton of use for it at this point. The email preview use is nice but certainly something I wasn't longing for before the upgrade. The one negative so far, as I've seen online is the WiFi Assist feature which can end up eating up your data when you think you are using WiFi. This did happen to me but its now been disabled and no problems since. Siri is supposed to be improved but doesn't really seem to be other than the "Hey Siri" command that is a nice addition at times. I was never a big Siri user since she can't seem to figure out what I want and I don't see any big improvement with this upgrade. Overall, still a great phone that will keep me using iPhones in the future.

Phone's battery dies fast. Have to charge 2 times a day.

Literally the best iPhone i've purchased. It was the right size, and it never got hot and never slowed down.

Who can buy this for less than I did at $200 over father's day weekend? And then I went in to the store to convert my old phone over. They connected up with my carrier -Sprint, and since I have had Sprint for years I had no problem with a two year agreement again. However, ask questions my friends, because there is no disclosure! I was told about a $30 one time fee, but not about my MONTHLY plan change of $40 and on two lines (one emergency). Had to make several store visits to both Best Buy and Sprint and then three hours on the phone to several supervisors to rectify this back to my old plan. My Sprint bill came after my 14 days to return policy by Best Buy! What a nightmare of time and energy - this is why I don't upgrade regularly to new products.

This phone is a nice upgrade from the 5S I had. I like the slimmer design and larger screen. It is still compact enough to fit in a pocket. Overall I am pleased with my upgrade.

I am loving my new phone. Upgraded from the 4s so this is a big difference. Still learning all of the new features.

This phone is much larger than my last which makes it easer to use

My favorite function has got to be the live photos - I'm a pretty sentimental person. The 3D touch is cool and useful but I don't use is all that often.
