Changed to an iPhone to group text with family/friends but frustrated with weak volume. Always have to use speaker phone to hear:/

There were a few little glitches at first, but they got straightened out fairly quickly. Generally, I'm very happy with the new phone.

The updated features are nice, however with my 5s i had very few dropped calls. Now i can't make calls from my basement office.

Typical Apple product. Pretty reliable. Would like their products better if you could replace the battery when needed.

This phone is perfect for anyone who enjoys owning an apple product. there is enough memory for anyone on this phone.

If you want a phone that is symbol of status quo and made from the suffering and agony of those in third world countries.

Can't complain. i am a fan of Apple products, but this phone having SPRINT as its carrier wasn't fun!

I dont know if Its just my phone but the calling feature is iffy, Siri doesn't always respond but the phone is ok.

Constant cell service and data issues think I just got a dud have always been happy with previous iphones

This is my 3rd iphone, I really don't like them but I'm lazy and don't want to learn how to use a new format.

Don't know why this phone is so big & incompetent with its features. However it could stand a great fall !

It's an Iphone I'm not a big fan and it wasn't for me but the person it was for says she loves it.

Was my first time purchasing a phone with Best Buy, needless to say, I got no regrets.

I wasn't happy with the size of the phone. Although, it has many cool functions.

While talking on the phone voice fades away so other person can not hear me well.

We haven't had any problems with phone just trying to learn all fictions.

For my daughter she liked it I would buy another one if I had more money

A little disappointed in this apple phone. Battery barely last a day.

Phone is basic. I'd suggest a bigger gb. Nothing special. It's Apple.
