Good smart phone, weak online support

Online solutions for error message not helpful. ITunes store wants to charge me $24 per year to activate songs in my library that I've loaded from CDs.

LOVE my new phone!

We previously had Samsung phones & loved them. Because our kids were more familiar with Apple because they had IPods & iPads (from school), they talked us into switching to IPhones. They can help us more now when we are confused about something! We are just as happy with these!

Rose - Discontinued?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Spent 3 hours trying to buy this phone in two Buy locations. After 2.5 hours, the first BBuy Store could not activated the phone and suggested I go to an ATT Store to complete the transaction - Nope. Next Day went to another location and they matched the ATT Store Price - Required some arm twisting. Ran into the same issue with the activation until they realized that the Rose Color was being discontinued and the BBuy and ATT sites believe that all the discontinued units were old stock - extremely irritating and a time waster. Phone has held up so far and my daughter is happy with it.
