Reception is worse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for Wi-Fi calling but the reception is still bad in my house and now it drops service in spots on the interstate where I did not have a problem in the past. The case is slim and I ordered a case the day I bought the phone but it was so slippery that I dropped the phone and broke the screen the day after buying the phone.

Phone is ok but the service was a nightmare!

I discussed this with the store manager and he was very noncommental about it. I wasted an entire day while they tried moving all my contents from my old iPhone, the salesperson said it would take about 15 min. It took them over 5 hours and I still lost contents. Before the purchase I told them we had a bad experience there with my husbands new phone and if they couldn't transfer ALL my info or it was going to take all day, I would pass on the purchase. That is when the salesman said "no problem, it won't take but about 15 minutes". 5+ hours I left with a new phone incomplete in its content and extremely upset!

Some good points. It's not very intuitive.
