iPhone is ok but other problems

Paid full price and asked sprint to unlock Incase I upgrade to more GB. Sprint stated bestbuy entered it as a discounted phone not able to unlock till 2 years even when I paid full price!

Not bad, A few flaws

Enjoying the new phone. Still some old software that would be great if they would update. Alarms in particular.

MOSTLY GOOD

BUT it will not connect with my JBL charger/speaker - and yes, it's charged, turned on and in range! (not happy, as I used to use it all the time with my iPhone 5S.)
