If I were much younger, it might be easer to grasp. ALso, I was upset that approx. two weeks later I received an email that I could trade my apple phone in for approx. half the price. This is not good customer service.

Upgraded from a previous iPhone. This has a better camera and more memory.

Although it has a bit of old technology in it, that's why I choose it. I wanted the ability to stay with a headphone jack. This is the latest with that tech. As always, Apple put a good piece of technology together.

I couldn't pass up on this great deal and not get iPhones for the family.

I'm officially back to the iPhone world with my new 6s and I couldn't be happier. I feel like I've majorly upgraded now that I got rid of my android, never again! iPhone will be my only phone purchases from now on.

I love the iPhone but for the last 2 years I have had a Samsung. Now I have my 3rd iPhone. There is only one con: audio speaker quality. It is hard to hear and sounds like you're in a can, at times then clear at others. otherwise, it is great.

This iPhone replaced my son's fancy LG that wouldn't hold charge and did not hear the voice all calls. All problems went away and he is happier with the new phone.

Bought for my 84 year old mother and can't keep her off it. Before she had it she talked about how daughters were always looking at their phones. Now it is her. She plays bridge all the time and googles everything.

The cover is very magnetic so when the phone rings, it is slower to get the phone answered. Otherwise like it!

Enjoying the new iPhone 6s & happy with larger size and additional features. Was able to buy for $99 then sold old 5s for $150 - actually $50 more than I paid for it previously with BestBuy & Verizon. Crazy good !

I love my rose gold phone it is the cuties ever I use to have a galaxy but those phones are cheap it would go black on me all the time I went through like 10 galaxy's lol until I got this one and it's the best ever.

Great iPhone. This is the 3rd version of iPhone that I have owned and it is definitely the best. The sales person at Best Buy made sure to transfer all my data from my old phone to make the transition seamless.

I love iphones. I had cracked my last phone's screen and needed a new one asap. Best Buy was fast and knowledgeable. Easy to set up and quicker and better experience than it would have been in a Verizon store.

My phone was changed over to my wife's number instead of mine. My sprint plan was screwed up too resulting in $150 extra charge on my bill. Sprint did reverse it but everything done by Best Buy team was screwed up

Upgraded my aunt's phone from the 5C to this 6S. She loves the larger screen, as it makes it easier for her to read and type on. Only thing that really needs changing is iPhones need to start at 32GB of storage.

O.K Either you love them or hate them. I only got the apple because I am a teacher and I rely on the students for support! It does a lot and then some. I see the masses leaning toward the samsung ??? I would probably go with that except I hear that it is harder to learn. I say for what these devices cost they ought to last longer and not need so many updates.
